Troubleshooting
Common Problems and Solutions:
- Vacuum cleaner does not work: Check battery level/charge, ensure it's on, check for blockages (pipe, dustbin, brush), verify filter insertion, charge if unused, replace battery if dead.
- Suction force decreases suddenly / vibrating sound: Check for clogged brush, dustbin, or pipe; remove foreign matter. Check if dustbin is full and empty it. Clean dirty filters.
- Vacuum cleaner cannot be charged: Check charging terminal for foreign matter (clean with cotton swab/soft cloth). Ensure vacuum is on and battery LED indicator is lit.
- Spinning brush (drum) does not work: If brush is stuck, turn off vacuum, check for foreign matter, remove it, and restart. Turn vacuum off and on again. For Jet Fit Brush, allow 30 minutes to cool if overheated.
- Odor from air outlet or filter: Empty dustbin and clean filters frequently. New products may have a slight odor for the first 3 months. Accumulated dirt can cause odor. Replacement filters are available.
- Small dust particles come out of brush after cleaning: Operate vacuum for 10 seconds to suction up remaining particles.
- Vacuum cleaner stops operation during cleaning: This is due to the overheating prevention device. It may occur if the dustbin is full, a part is clogged, or the Extension Crevice Tool is used for extended periods. Correct the cause and turn the product on again.
- Static electricity occurs when cleaning a thick and soft mat: Mat material can cause static electricity. Move the brush on a normal floor for a while and clean again.
