Maintenance
Cleaning the Dustbin and Filters
- Remove the dustbin by releasing the lever.
- Empty the dustbin.
- Remove the filter assembly.
- Clean the metal mesh filter.
- Clean the washable microfilter and fine dust filter.
- Reassemble the dustbin and filters.
Notes:
- Do not pull the rubber gasket attached to the metal mesh filter.
- After emptying, clean and dry the dustbin and filters in the shade. Exposure to high temperatures may cause deformation.
Washable Microfilter & Fine Dust Filter
- Wash these filters monthly to maintain efficiency.
- After washing, dry them completely in the shade for at least 24 hours before reuse.
Cleaning Attachments
- Clean attachments as needed. For the Jet Fit brush, if dirt is stuck, use scissors to remove it carefully.
Note: If the brush roll is blocked by debris, turn off the vacuum, remove the debris, and turn it back on. If it still doesn't work, repeat the power cycle. Be careful not to pinch your fingers when cleaning the brush.
Troubleshooting
- Vacuum not working: Check battery charge, ensure it's powered on, check for blockages in the pipe, dustbin, or nozzle, and ensure filters are installed correctly. Charge the battery if it hasn't been used for a long time. Replace the battery if its lifespan is exhausted.
- Reduced suction / Vibrating sound: Check for blockages in the nozzle, dustbin, or pipe. Empty the dustbin if full. Clean the filter if dirty.
- Charging impossible: Check if charging contacts are dirty and clean them. Ensure the vacuum is on and the battery indicator is lit.
- Rotating brush not working: If the brush lock indicator is on, turn off the vacuum and remove any foreign objects from the brush roll. Turn it back on. If the vacuum overheats with the Jet Fit brush, allow it to cool for about 30 minutes.
- Unpleasant smell: Regularly clean the dustbin and filters. A slight smell may occur initially.
- Small particles falling out: After cleaning, run the vacuum for at least 10 seconds to collect residual particles.
- Vacuum stops during cleaning: This may be due to overheat protection if the dustbin is full, a clogged inlet/nozzle, or prolonged use of the crevice tool. Resolve the issue and restart the vacuum.
- Static electricity: This can occur with certain carpet materials. Rub the brush on the floor several times to discharge static before cleaning.
