Troubleshooting
Common Problems and Solutions
- Vacuum cleaner does not work: Check battery level/charge, ensure it's on, check for blockages (pipe, dustbin, brush), verify filter insertion, charge if unused, replace battery if dead.
- Suction force decreases suddenly / Vacuum vibrates: Check for blockages in brush, dustbin, or pipe and remove. Ensure dustbin is not full. Clean dirty filters.
- Vacuum cleaner cannot be charged: Check charging terminal for dust/foreign matter and clean. Ensure the vacuum is on and the battery indicator LED is lit.
- Spinning brush (drum) does not work: Check for foreign matter clogging the brush; remove and restart. If the vacuum overheats (e.g., Jet Fit Brush), allow 30 minutes to cool.
- An odor is coming from the air outlet or filter: Empty dustbin and clean filters frequently. New products may have a slight odor for the first 3 months. Accumulated dirt can also cause odors. Replacement filters are available.
- Cleaning finished but small dust particles come out of the brush: Operate the vacuum for 10 seconds or more after cleaning to pick up residual particles.
- Vacuum cleaner stops operation during cleaning: This is due to the overheating prevention device. It may stop if the dustbin is full, the suction part or brush is clogged, or the Extension Crevice Tool is used for a long time. Correct the cause and turn the product on again.
- Static electricity occurs when cleaning a thick and soft mat: Certain mat materials can cause static electricity. Move the brush on a normal floor for a while, then clean again.
This Vacuum cleaner is approved according to: The Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, The EMC Directive 2014/30/EU.
