Material Safety Notes:
ALUMINUM: Most aluminum alloys used today contain some level of lead, usually less than 0.1%. While aluminum alloys are physiologically inert in their solid form and the lead is contained within, user-generated dust and/or fumes may pose a hazard if inhaled or ingested. Heating beyond a certain temperature may also provide avenues for exposure.
STEEL BOLTS: Steel is an iron alloy with several metals including Nickel and Chromium. Both Nickel and Chromium are known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. This warning applies to stainless steels as well.

Diagram 1: Rear Bracket Installation
This diagram illustrates the installation of the REAR BRACKET.

Diagram 2: Front Bracket and Power Steering Pump
This diagram shows the installation of the FRONT BRACKET, along with the OEM CORVETTE RESERVOIR HOSE AND CLAMPS and the CORVETTE POWER STEERING PUMP.

Diagram 3: Reservoir Bracket Placement
This section details the placement of spacers and the reservoir bracket. The bracket is installed BEHIND the front plate and IN FRONT of the rear plate.
Optional components for reservoir relocation (e.g., LSA conversion):
- Optional 1.81" Spacers
- 1.71" SPACERS
- M10 X 120MM bolts
Diagram 4: Pulley and Alternator Mounting
This diagram illustrates the mounting of the OEM CORVETTE RESERVOIR and the STEPPED SMOOTH PULLEY. It also notes an "Optional hole for Corvette LS alternators".
