Promotion Overview

The Promotion is a game of chance for a Prize which may be won by Eligible Entrants who make an Eligible Entry during the Promotional Period in accordance with these T&Cs.

Eligible Entrants

Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and any agency associated with this Promotion, and their immediate family. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Eligible Entry

Eligible Entrants must visit the Samsung House of Galaxy AI Retail Pop Up at the following locations during the Promotional Period:

• Westfield Southland, 1239 Nepean Hwy, Cheltenham VIC 3192 from 09:00am Thursday 14 August 2025 to 6:00pm Sunday 24 August 2025
• Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Rd, Malvern East VIC 3145 from 09:00am Thursday 28 August 2025 to 6:00pm Sunday 7 September 2025 (each a "Participating Location")

At the Participating Location, Eligible Entrants must:

1. Scan the QR code [QR Code] and enter their Name, Email, Phone details; and
2. Comply with all reasonable directions of the Promoter.

Promotional Period

Start time and date (Sydney NSW): 09:00 AM, Thursday 14th August 2025

End time and date (Sydney NSW): 6:00 PM, Sunday 7th September 2025

Prize(s)

Two (2) Galaxy Z Fold7 and two (2) Galaxy Z Flip7 (as outlined below) will be given to four (4) unique Eligible Entrants who will be randomly selected at the end of the Promotional Period.

There is a maximum of four (4) Prizes in total. Prizes will be awarded in descending order of value to the first four (4) unique and valid Eligible Entrants drawn in the Draw.

TOTAL: $9,396

The Total Prize Pool is valued at $9,396 (AUD).

Entry and Prize Limits

Maximum Entries per Eligible Entrant: Maximum of one (1) Entry, Per Day, Per Participating Location. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

Maximum Prize per Winner: Only one (1) Prize is permitted per person.

Draw Details

The draw will be held on the Draw Date at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000.

The Promoter will compile all Eligible Entries upon the conclusion of the Promotional Period and conduct a draw on the relevant Draw Date.

The Promoter will randomly draw four (4) Eligible Entry (Winners). The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case a Winner does not Accept the Prize or an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Promoter will draw a total of ten (10) entries (including reserve entries).

Winners will be published on https://www.samsung.com/au/galaxy-z-series-competition from 01/10/2025.

Draw Date

At the end of Promotional Period, the Promoter will randomly select ten (10) entries, four (4) Winners and six (6) reserve entries (as provided in these T&Cs).

The Draw will take place on Wednesday 24 September 2025 at 10:00AM (Sydney time).

Distribution of Prize(s)

The four (4) Winners will be contacted by email within two business days of being drawn as a Winner. The email will include information in relation to claiming their Prize and may request details for the purposes of delivering the Prize. A Winner must respond to the Promoter's email within three (3) business days of the Promoter's email accepting the Prize and providing any additional details as required and reasonable (Accept/Acceptance).

The Promoter will make three (3) attempts to contact a Winner within two (2) weeks of the Draw Date.

The Promoter will deliver the Prize to a Winner by mail within 60 business days of the Acceptance.

Winners acknowledge that if for any reason they do not Accept a Prize (or any element of a Prize) by the time required by the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited.

Winners are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a Prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.

Reserve Entries

If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not Accept their Prize within the time outlined in these T&Cs, or the Winner is not able to satisfy these T&Cs, the Promoter will contact the reserve entries in the same order as they were drawn (Reserve Entries Winner). The Reserve Entries Winner(s) will be notified that they have won a Prize in the same manner as each Winner was notified. These T&Cs apply to a Reserve Entries Winner as if they were a Winner.

General Terms

• Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs.
• This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless expressly advised.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe submits an entry that is not in accordance with these T&Cs, who tampers with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their correct personal information is provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
• Each Winner or Reserve Entries Winner (if any) is responsible for all ancillary costs associated with the Prize, including, but not limited to, costs in connection with accessories, network services of any description, data charges and installation costs.
• The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, ignore any entry which it deems to be offensive or inappropriate, which includes or is suspected of including or breaching third party intellectual property rights, which is not the entrant's original work, or which otherwise fails to comply with these T&Cs.
• The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
• If the Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
• If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
• Except for liability which cannot be excluded as a matter of law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including any tax liability.

Privacy

The Promoter (or third parties on its behalf) may collect personal information to conduct the Promotion and disclose such information to third parties for this purpose, including agents, contractors, service providers and offer suppliers. Validity of an Eligible Entry is conditional on providing this information. Some of these entities may be located outside Australia, including in Singapore, Korea and the Philippines. Entrants acknowledge that by consenting to this disclosure, the Promoter is not obliged to take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients do not breach Australian privacy law. All entrants consent to their personal information being collected and stored for this purpose in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at https://www.samsung.com.au, which forms part of these T&Cs.
