Promotion Overview

This document details the terms and conditions for a game of chance promotion by Samsung, offering prizes to eligible entrants participating in the Samsung House of Galaxy AI Retail Pop Up event in New South Wales.

Eligibility and Entry

Eligible Entrants: Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.

Eligible Entry: Visit a Samsung House of Galaxy AI Retail Pop Up location (Westfield Parramatta or Castle Towers) during the promotional period. Entry requires scanning a QR code and providing contact details.

Promotional Period

Start: Thursday, 21 August 2025, 09:00 AM (Sydney time)

End: Sunday, 14 September 2025, 6:00 PM (Sydney time)

Prizes

Four (4) unique eligible entrants will be randomly selected to win prizes, including:

The total prize pool value is $9,396 (AUD).

Draw and Prize Distribution

The draw is scheduled for Wednesday, 24 September 2025. Winners will be notified via email within two business days of the draw and must respond within three business days to claim their prize. Prizes will be delivered by mail within 60 business days of acceptance.
