Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Side Panels
Insert 12x dowels (112996) into the pre-drilled holes on the two side panels.
Step 2: Attach Top Panel
Attach the top panel to the side panels. Insert 12x cam locks (113434) into the corresponding holes on the top panel and turn them to secure the side panels.
Step 3: Attach Back Panel Supports
Insert 6x dowels (101351) into the side panels. Attach the back panel support pieces to the side panels using screws.
Step 4: Attach Bottom Shelf
Attach the bottom shelf to the side panels using 6x cam locks (113434) and 6x dowels (101351).
Step 5: Insert Middle Shelf
Slide the middle shelf into the cabinet frame, resting it on the pre-installed supports or dowels.
Step 6: Attach Top Shelf
Attach the top shelf to the side panels using 6x dowels (101351) and screws.
Step 7: Secure Top Panel
Secure the top panel to the side panels using 6x cam locks (113434) and screws.
Step 8: Attach Back Panel
Position the cabinet upright. Attach the back panel to the rear of the cabinet using screws (e.g., 319503). Ensure the cabinet is square before fully securing.
Step 9: Secure Top Panel
Secure the top panel to the side panels with screws (e.g., 319503).
Step 10: Secure Top Panel
Secure the top panel to the side panels with screws (e.g., 319503).
Step 11: Attach Cabinet Brackets
Attach the cabinet mounting brackets to the sides of the cabinet using 2x screws (e.g., 10036383).
Step 12: Attach Back Panel
Attach the back panel to the rear of the cabinet using 25x screws (e.g., 319503).
Step 13: Prepare for Wall Mounting
Attach the wall mounting brackets to the cabinet using 2x parts (10039571).
Step 14: Wall Mounting
Attach the wall mounting hardware to the cabinet. Ensure correct orientation and secure with screws. Then, position the cabinet against the wall and mark the wall for drilling. Secure the cabinet to the wall using appropriate wall fixings (not included).
Step 15: Mount Cabinet on Wall Brackets
Slide the cabinet onto the wall-mounted brackets, ensuring it is securely attached.
Step 16: Install Shelf Supports
Install shelf supports into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the cabinet using 2x parts (10046633).
Step 17: Install Shelf Supports
Install shelf supports using 6x parts (100347) and screws.
Step 18: Adjust Shelf Height
Adjust the height of the shelves by moving the shelf supports to the desired positions.
Step 19: Insert Shelves
Place the shelves onto the installed shelf supports.
Step 20: Final Top Panel Securing
Secure the top panel to the cabinet using screws (e.g., 109594).
Step 21: Final Top Panel Securing
Secure the top panel to the cabinet using screws (e.g., 109594).
Step 22: Drill Top Panel
Drill pilot holes into the top panel using a 5mm drill bit for final securing.
Step 23: Final Securing
Secure the top panel to the cabinet using screws (e.g., 130421).
Step 24: Final Back Panel Attachment
Attach the back panel to the rear of the cabinet, ensuring it is flush and square.
