Installation Steps
Follow these steps carefully for proper installation:
Step 1: Attach Front Strip
Attach the 600 mm strip (Part H) to the top front of the cabinets.
Step 2: Mark Mounting Points
Measure and mark the positions for mounting brackets on the cabinet interior, typically X-23mm from the front edge.
Step 3: Adjust Feet
Adjust the dishwasher's feet to achieve the correct initial height.
Step 4: Prepare Mounting Screws
Prepare mounting screws (Part E), ensuring they are extended to approximately 30 mm.
Step 5: Secure to Floor
Carefully tilt and position the dishwasher, then secure it to the floor using screws (Part E). Ensure correct tilting procedure is followed.
Step 6: Final Height Adjustment
Adjust the dishwasher's height again, aiming for X-3mm relative to the countertop or surrounding cabinets.
Step 7: Attach Side Brackets
Attach the main mounting brackets (Part C) to the sides of the dishwasher unit.
Step 8: Connect to Cabinet
Align and connect the dishwasher to the cabinet structure using the previously attached brackets (Part C).
Step 9: Attach Side Guides
Attach the left (L) and right (R) side guides or mounting plates to the sides of the dishwasher.
Step 10: Secure to Cabinet Sides
Slide the dishwasher into its final position within the cabinet and secure it to the cabinet sides using screws (Part D) through the guides (L and R).
Step 11: Position in Cabinet
Slide the dishwasher into the prepared cabinet space. Ensure correct placement, avoiding obstructions.
Step 12: Secure to Cabinet Top
Fasten the dishwasher to the underside of the cabinet top using screws (Part B).
Step 13: Secure to Cabinet Sides (Additional)
Further secure the dishwasher to the cabinet sides using screws (Part B).
Step 14: Attach Decorative Strip
Attach the decorative strip (Part A) to the front of the dishwasher, likely covering the gap or providing a finished look.
Water Connection
Connect the water inlet hose (Part F) and the water outlet hose (Part G) according to the diagrams. Details on water pressure (0.3-10 bar) and connection sizes (3/4" and 1/2").
Important: Ensure correct water pressure (0.3-10 bar) and use the appropriate fittings (3/4" and 1/2" connections).
