Flooring Base Requirements
The site must be prepared so that the base of the shed is level all around, verified with a spirit level. The base can be constructed from treated timber or concrete to prevent moisture ingress. The shed is not designed to be built directly on lawn, as the ground can become muddy during rainy days.
If a concrete pad is used, it is important that it slopes towards the edges to prevent water ingress. Allow adequate time for any concrete or cement to dry before building the shed on top. Bases can also be constructed from bricks or blocks, mounted on a concrete pad. Bricks or blocks should be cemented onto firm and level concrete footings, and the shed frame drilled and screwed to the base.
Parts & Hardware Check
Before starting, separate and identify all parts and hardware to ensure you have all necessary components for your building. Do not attempt to assemble the building if parts are missing, as a partially assembled structure can be seriously damaged by light winds.
Safety First ⚠️
- Select a dry and calm day for assembly. Teamwork (two or more people) is required ?.
- Wear safety gloves ?, eye protection ?, and long sleeves during assembly to prevent injury. Pay attention to sharp edges on some parts.
- Children and pets are not allowed on the construction site ?.
- Never concentrate your total weight on the roof of the building. When using a step ladder, ensure it is stable and safe ?.
Care & Maintenance
- Keep the shed clean with a soft cloth ?, using water if necessary.
- Keep door tracks clear of dirt and debris to ensure easy sliding ?.
- Clear snow with necessary tools to ensure safe entry. Heavy snow can cause collapse; ensure safety before entering ❄️.
- The shed is designed for storage, not for living ?.

Assembly Steps
Note: Do not tighten bolts fully until all parts are connected! ❗
Step 01
Assemble the base frame. Connect XD-A2 pieces to XD-1 corner brackets using XM-A50 screws.
Parts used: XD-A2 (x3), XD-A3L (x1), XD-A3R (x1), XD-A4 (x1), XD-1 (x4), XM-A50.
Step 02
Attach corner posts XD-A5L (x1) to the base frame using XD-A2 and XD-1 components.
Parts used: XD-A5L (x1), XD-A2, XD-1.
Step 03
Attach side panels (YG-A31 x2) to the corner posts using XD-A2 and XM-A50 screws.
Parts used: YG-A31 (x2), XD-A2, XM-A50.
Step 04
Attach another corner post XD-A5R (x1) and continue attaching side panels (YG-A31).
Parts used: XD-A5R (x1), YG-A31, XD-A2, XM-A50.
Step 05
Continue attaching side panels (YG-A31 x2) to the frame using XD-A2 and XM-A50 screws.
Parts used: YG-A31 (x2), XD-A2, XM-A50.

Attach side panels (YG-C32 x1) to the frame using XD-A3R, XD-A2, and XM-A50 screws.

Step 12
Secure horizontal panels (XM-A30) using XM-A50 screws and XD-A7, XD-A5L, XD-A5R components.

Attach horizontal panels (YG-A31 x4, YG-A41 x4) to the frame using XM-A8 and XM-A31 components.
