This document provides assembly instructions for the Outsunny 845-681 Outdoor Storage Shed. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly. Retain this manual for future reference.

Assembly Tips

  1. Clear a working area to allow access on all 4 sides. A raised work surface will make assembly easier.
  2. All parts are identified. When working through the instructions page by page, the diagrams show where each part is positioned.
  3. Some holes are pre-punched to allow fixing using self-tapping screws or rivets. Where additional holes are required, a drill bit is included.
  4. Before starting, to avoid accidental injury, wear gloves to protect your hands, safety glasses to protect your eyes, and shoes or boots to protect your feet.
  5. Keep children away from the construction site.
  6. Most assembly can be completed by one person; assistance may be needed during the erection stage.
  7. Note: Local government authorities may have rules and regulations on shed installation, and you may need approval to erect this shed.
  8. If accessories are slightly deformed, use tools to straighten them; this will not affect normal use.

Assembly Steps

Panel Assembly: Rear Walls

Parts: EP1 (x6), EU1 (x4), EJ1 (x2), S3 (x8)

Step 1: Lay out six EP1 panels. Attach one EU1 profile to the top edge of two EP1 panels and one EJ1 connector to the top edge of another EP1 panel. Repeat for the other side.

Step 2: Connect the prepared EP1 panels using the EJ1 connectors. Ensure the panels are aligned correctly.

Panel Assembly: Left & Right Walls

Parts: EP1 (x3), EU2 (x2), S3 (implied)

Step 1: Lay out three EP1 panels. Attach one EU2 profile to the top edge of two EP1 panels.

Step 1: Assemble the front wall sections. This involves joining EP1, EP4, EU1, EM, EJ1, and ET2 components. The diagram shows two main sections being built, each with multiple panels and profiles.

Shed Assembly: Joining Walls

Parts: EG1 (x8), S3 (x32)

Step 1: Assemble the main frame by joining the rear wall, left wall, right wall, and front wall sections. Use EG1 corner connectors and S3 screws to join the panels at the corners.

Anchoring Assembly

Parts: EC1 (x8), S11 (x8), S3 (x16), L3 (x16)

Step 1: Ensure the shed is level and the walls are square (90 degrees). Mark anchor points on the ground.

Step 2: Use a 10mm drill bit to drill holes 60mm (2.4 inches) deep at the marked anchor points.

Shed Assembly: Joining Walls (Corner Reinforcement)

Parts: S3 (x8)

Step: Use S3 screws to fix the corners and make the walls firm, preventing sunlight from getting in. Apply screws at specified points.

Shed Assembly: Front Doors

Parts: EDL (x1), EDR (x1), EA1 (x2), EH (x1), M4 (x6), SH1 (x3), UV (x1), S7 (x17), S16 (x3), PH1 (x1), PH2 (x1), PH3 (x1), MSB (x3)

Step 1: Assemble the left and right doors. This involves attaching various profiles (EA1, EH), hinges (SH1), and hardware (S7, S16, M4, MSB) to the door panels (EDL, EDR). The UV panel is attached to PH3 frames.

Step 1: Attach EGL1 and EGR1 roof supports to the top of the shed walls. Use EV2 components for connection.

Step 1: Attach EV1 and EV4 components to the main structure, securing them with S3 screws.
