Phillips Head Screwdriver (not provided). Your box may contain extra hardware.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Use Headboard Hardware from Box #1 for Step 1.

Attach the Headboard Panel (A) to the Left Headboard Leg (B) and Right Headboard Leg (C) using the appropriate hardware from Box #1. The diagram shows the panel (A) connecting to the legs (B and C) with bolts. The Footboard (D) is also shown connecting to the legs.

Step 2: Use Bed Hardware from Box #2 for this, and all remaining steps.

Connect the Left Side Rail (E) and Right Side Rail (F) to the assembled headboard and footboard structure. The diagram illustrates how the side rails (E, F) attach to the headboard panel (A/B/C) and footboard (D) using hardware from Box #2.

Step 3

Attach the Center Slat (G) and Support Legs (H) to the side rails (E, F). The diagram shows the center slat (G) being positioned and secured, with support legs (H) attached to the underside of the side rails.

Step 4

Place the Slat Roll (I) onto the bed frame, distributing the slats evenly across the side rails. The diagram shows the slat roll (I) being laid out over the frame.

Important Notice

STOP: If using the bed frame with an adjustable mattress base, skip to Appendix A: Adjustable Mattress Base Assembly Supplement. If using the bed frame with a standard box spring or foundation, continue to Step 5.

Step 5

Insert and secure the Support Legs (H) into their designated positions on the side rails (E, F) using the provided hardware (e.g., Allen Bolts and T-Nuts). The diagram shows the insertion of hardware to fix the support legs.

Step 6

Attach the Slat Roll (I) to the side rails (E, F) using the appropriate hardware, ensuring the slats are properly spaced and secured. The diagram illustrates the process of fastening the slats.

Step 7

The assembled bed frame is now ready. The diagram shows the complete bed structure with slats in place.

Instructions for Adjusting Levelers

To adjust the levelers:

1. Position the bed in your room.
2. Locate the levelers under each support leg (H).
3. Turn levelers counter-clockwise to extend, and clockwise to retract.
4. Adjust levelers until each support leg is applying equal upward pressure on the center slat.

Maintenance Instructions

• Remove box spring and mattress before moving your bed.
• Lift your bed when moving it. Dragging can damage the support leg.
• Readjust levelers after moving your bed.

Appendix A: Adjustable Mattress Base Assembly Supplement

An adjustable mattress base is a freestanding mattress support that sits within the perimeter of the bed frame. If using this bed frame with a standard box spring or foundation, these instructions do not apply.

Pre-assembled side rail cleats obstruct adjustable base installation and operation. Follow these instructions to remove them.

Parts Not Required for Adjustable Mattress Base Installation:

• G. CENTER SLAT (1 PC)
• H. SUPPORT LEG (4 PCS)
• I. SLAT ROLL (1 SET)
• 5. WOOD SCREW (8x30mm) (9 PCS)
• 6. ALLEN BOLT (6x40mm) (11 PCS)

Appendix Step 1: Use Allen Key (7) to unscrew Allen Bolts and remove pre-assembled side rail cleats.

Use the Allen Key (7) to unscrew the Allen Bolts securing the side rail cleats. Remove these cleats to prepare for the adjustable mattress base installation. The diagram shows the removal of bolts and cleats.

Note: You may wish to retain unused parts if in the future you intend to use the bed frame with a standard box spring or foundation.
