Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, Flip7 FE, and Fold7 Series Smartphone Launch Promotion

1. Organizer of the Promotion

The organizer of the “Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, and Galaxy Z Fold7 Series Smartphone Launch Promotion” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is Samsung Electronics Magyar Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság. Contact details and address: 1138 Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2. 7. em.; contact: https://www.samsung.com/hu/support/email/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

The Organizer is not involved in the processes of selling and handing over the Participating Products by the various Participating Stores.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must be at least 18 years old, reside or have a place of stay in Hungary, or be a Hungarian citizen. Participants must also adhere to the terms outlined in Section 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Subject of the Promotion

Within the scope of this Promotion, participants are entitled to choose from ten (10) types of benefits (hereinafter referred to as “Benefits” or individually as “Benefit”). These benefits may include storage capacity upgrades or price discounts, as specified in Section 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions, during the Promotion Period.

This Promotion is exclusively valid for purchases made at the Participating Stores specified in Section 2.1.2. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

The prices of the Participating Products may vary among the Participating Stores. Participants can inquire about the current price of a Participating Product at their chosen Participating Store.

The Organizer will provide the benefits only to the extent of the available stock of the Participating Products at the Participating Stores, in accordance with the procedures of those stores.

Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

The Organizer informs participants that each participant may purchase a maximum of five (5) Participating Products under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

For questions not covered by these Terms and Conditions, please contact the Participating Stores. The Organizer explicitly states that Participating Stores may have different procedures for matters not covered herein.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period runs from July 25, 2025, 00:00 to August 31, 2025, 23:59, or until the stock of Participating Products is exhausted, or until the promotion is withdrawn.

The Organizer explicitly informs participants that the Promotion Period may differ at individual Participating Stores. Participants can find detailed information in Annex 1 of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Process for Free Upgrade to Higher Storage Capacity

The process for obtaining a free upgrade to a higher storage capacity may vary among Participating Stores. The Organizer disclaims responsibility for the procedures carried out by the Participating Stores. Participants should consult the Participating Stores for details regarding the free upgrade process.

6. Prices and Collection/Delivery of Participating Products

The prices of the Participating Products may differ among the Participating Stores. Participants can inquire about the current price of a Participating Product at their chosen Participating Store.

The date and method of collection or delivery of the Participating Products, and the associated rules, may vary among Participating Stores. Participants should consult the Participating Stores for details regarding collection or delivery.

For questions not covered by these Terms and Conditions, please contact the Participating Stores. The Organizer explicitly states that Participating Stores may have different procedures for matters not covered herein.

7. Taxation and Costs

Any potential tax obligations related to the Benefits are borne by the Organizer. The Organizer has no further obligations beyond providing the Benefits and settling their tax implications.

Specifically, refer to the “Data Protection Notice for the ‘Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, and Galaxy Z Fold7 Series Smartphone Launch Promotion’.”

The Organizer does not process personal data during the purchase of Participating Products. Data processing is handled by the Participating Stores according to their respective privacy policies.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

The Organizer is not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Benefits due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control, nor for any damages incurred during the handover process.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion without prior notice, including the right to terminate the Promotion. Any modifications will be announced through the same channels as other Promotion communications, and such modifications will take effect from the date of announcement. Participants can fully exercise their rights acquired up to the date of modification. Participants are advised to carefully read these terms and conditions, including any amendments, before participating in the Promotion. Participation is voluntary. The limitations and exclusions of liability related to this Promotion apply to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

The Organizer disclaims liability for any issues arising from external SQL attacks on the Samsung Webshop or its servers. In cases where participants receive erroneous system messages due to such attacks, the Organizer assumes no responsibility.

The Organizer disclaims liability for malfunctions of the Samsung Webshop or the ability to redeem Benefits due to reasons beyond its control, which may result in the website being unavailable or limited in use. The Organizer will promptly take all necessary measures to identify and resolve the cause of such issues.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who engages in any form of (computerized) manipulation, mass creation of email addresses, or any behavior that is inconsistent with or violates the spirit of the Promotion. This exclusion may occur immediately upon discovery or reasonable suspicion.

In the event that a participant closes the browser window before completing the purchase, or if the connection to the server is interrupted for any reason, the Organizer is not responsible for any data loss.

The Organizer is not liable for the erroneous announcement of the Promotion if it occurs without their approval.

Furthermore, the Organizer is not liable for any non-pecuniary, indirect, or consequential damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the participant or any third party in relation to or arising from these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of earnings, damage to reputation, or claims from third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law. Any legal disputes arising from participation in the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts, in accordance with applicable laws.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Hungarian law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The Participant and the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that achieves the closest possible effect to the original intent.
