Assembly Steps
Follow these steps to assemble your MUSKEN wardrobe.
Steps 1-6: Main Frame Assembly
Assemble base, side, and back panels using cam lock screws (118331), dowels (101345), cam locks (120076), and screws (100214). Attach top panel with cam lock screws (118331) and screws (110519).
Steps 7-10: Drawer Assembly and Installation
Assemble drawer boxes, attach fronts with handles (128877, 128878) using screws (105344), fit drawer slides (118231, 109220), and insert drawers.
Steps 11-18: Internal Structure and Hinges
Install internal supports with cam lock screws (118331) and cam locks (120076). Attach hinge plates (109221) and hinges (109338) to frame and doors using screws (100344, 100365). Insert dowels (101345) and secure panels. Attach back panels. Install brackets (106989) and locking mechanisms (110630).
Steps 19-28: Drawer Section Assembly
Assemble drawer sections using dowels (101345) and screws. Attach side panels with dowels (101345) and screws. Secure structure with screws (100001). Attach feet (153549) to base. Install locks (128476).
Steps 29-36: Finalizing Structure
Position wardrobe frame. Secure internal panels and top/back panel with screws. Attach top panels with nails (101221, 101293). Attach brackets (106989).
Steps 37-40: Wall Mounting and Door Fitting
Attach anti-tip brackets (100823) to wardrobe and wall. Attach lock (128430) to drawer/door. Insert drawer. Install locking mechanisms (106422).
Steps 41-47: Door Adjustments and Finishing
Insert shelves. Attach hinges (109338) to doors and frame with screws (100344). Adjust hinges. Apply caps (102384). Attach handles (128877, 128878) with screws (100408). Secure with locks (128476).
