Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach cam lock housings (109221) and dowels (105248) to the base panels.
Step 2
Insert cam lock screws (123840) into the side panels and connect them to the base panels using the cam lock housings.
Step 3
Insert dowels (101345) into the side panels.
Step 4
Attach a bracket (106989) to a side panel using screws (109041).
Step 5
Connect a side panel to the base assembly using cam locks (100001, 100214, 100219).
Step 6
Attach the second side panel to the base assembly using cam locks (100001, 100214, 100219).
Step 7
Insert dowels (101345) into a shelf panel.
Step 8
Attach the back panels using screws (100214, 100219) and clips (109049).
Step 9
Attach drawer runners (153548, 158568) to the side panels of the wardrobe frame.
Step 10
Attach drawer support rails (101345) to the frame.
Step 11
Insert drawer support components into the frame.
Step 12
Assemble the drawer sides, front, and back using cam locks and screws.
Step 13
Attach the drawer front/back to the drawer sides using cam locks (100214, 100219).
Step 14
Secure the drawer bottom using screws (101345).
Step 15
Attach the drawer handles (100001 or 119595) using screws (109041 or 109567).
Step 16
Attach the corresponding drawer runners to the assembled drawers.
Step 17
Place and secure the top panel onto the wardrobe frame using dowels (405950) and screws (105494).
Step 18
Secure the top panel with screws (105494) and dowels (405950).
Step 19
Attach the back panels using screws (105494).
Step 20
Attach the drawer runners to the inside of the wardrobe frame.
Step 21
Carefully position the assembled wardrobe upright.
Step 22
Attach the wall mounting bracket (106989) to the wardrobe using screws (100823, 326949).
Step 23
Prepare the wall for mounting. Use appropriate screws and plugs based on wall type (solid, hollow, wood). Drill holes as indicated.
Step 24
Secure the wall bracket to the wall using the appropriate screws and plugs.
Step 25
Slide the wardrobe onto the wall bracket, ensuring it is securely attached.
Step 26
Final check to ensure the wardrobe is securely fastened to the wall.
Step 27
Attach hinge plates (157306, 157308) to the wardrobe frame using screws (105248).
Step 28
Attach hinges (109338) to the wardrobe doors using screws (105248).
Step 29
Mount the doors onto the wardrobe frame by attaching the hinges to the hinge plates.
Step 30
Adjust the doors using the hinge adjustment screws to ensure proper alignment and closure.
Step 31
Attach the door handles (100001 or 119595) to the doors using screws (109041 or 109567).
Step 32
Final adjustments to doors for alignment and smooth operation.
Wall Mounting Details
The supplied screws and plugs are suitable for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs.
Important: If you are uncertain about your wall type or the correct mounting procedure, seek professional advice.
Recommended drill bit sizes:
- For plugs (Type B walls): Ø 8 mm (5/16")
- For pilot holes (Type A & C walls): Ø 3 mm (1/8")
Ensure the furniture is securely anchored to prevent tipping.
