Assembly Steps
- Attach metal plates (109220) to the side panels using screws (105248). Use 6 screws per plate.
- Insert dowels (118331) into the side panels. Use 10 dowels per panel.
- Insert dowels (101345) into the side panels. Use 4 dowels per panel.
- Insert cam bolts (119250) into the panels and secure by inserting cam locks (119252) and turning them with a screwdriver [screwdriver].
- Insert dowels (101345) into the horizontal panels. Use 9 dowels.
- Attach cam locks (119252) and cam bolts (119250) to the horizontal panels.
- Insert dowels (106940) into the panels. Use 2 dowels.
- Secure panels using screws.
- Join two panels together by sliding them into place.
- Attach cam locks (119252) and cam bolts (119250).
- Slide a panel into the assembled structure.
- Insert dowels (101345). Use 4 dowels.
- Insert dowels (100214) and secure with cam locks (100001). Use 2 sets.
- Insert dowels (118331) and secure with screws.
- Attach cam locks (119252) and cam bolts (119250).
- Insert dowels (101345). Use 4 dowels.
- With two people [person] [person], insert dowels (101345).
- Attach cam locks (119252) and cam bolts (119250). Use 8 sets.
- Insert dowels (123840, 109837) and secure with screws using a hammer [hammer]. Use 2 dowels and 2 screws.
- Insert dowels (118331) and secure with screws.
- Insert dowels (101345). Use 4 dowels.
- Attach cam locks (119252) and cam bolts (119250). Use 4 sets.
- Insert dowels. Use 1 dowel for each connection point shown.
- Attach the back panels. Align the panels and secure them using nails (101206) and the guide (105494). Use 1x guide and 1x nail per indicated position.
- Secure the back panels with nails (101206). Use 1x nail per indicated position.
- Mark and secure the back panels with screws (101206). Use 4 screws.
- Attach edge protectors (105494) using nails (101206). Use 33x nails.
- Attach the handles (153548, 158568) using screws. Use 4x handles and associated screws.
- Attach the wall mounting brackets (106989) to the wardrobe frame using screws (100823) and nuts (109049). Use 2x brackets.
- Attach the wall mounting brackets to the wardrobe frame.
- Secure the wardrobe to the wall brackets using screws (109048). Use 2x screws.
- Attach the wall mounting brackets (109048) to the wall. Ensure they are level and securely fastened.
- Secure the wardrobe to the wall brackets. Use 2x brackets.
- Attach hinge plates (105248, 109336) to the doors using screws (157306, 157307). Use 6x hinge plates per door. Insert shelf supports (101532) into the desired shelf positions. Use 4x supports per shelf.
- Attach hinge plates (105248, 109336) to the wardrobe frame. Use 6x hinge plates.
- Attach the doors to the wardrobe frame by connecting the hinges. Adjust hinges as needed for proper door alignment.
- Attach the handles (124328, 128763, 145915) to the doors using screws (109567). Use 4x handles.
- Attach door stoppers (107091) to prevent doors from slamming. Use 2x stoppers.
Hinge Adjustment
Follow the diagrams to adjust the doors for proper alignment and closing.
Wall Mounting Details
Important: Wall mounting is crucial to prevent tip-over accidents.
Drilling Guide:
- For solid walls, use Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit and appropriate wall plugs.
- For hollow walls, use Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit and appropriate wall plugs.
- For wooden walls, use Ø 3 mm (1/8") drill bit and screws without plugs.
Wall Plug Installation:
- Drill a hole of the appropriate size for your wall type.
- Insert the wall plug.
- Secure the bracket to the wall using the provided screw.
Important Considerations:
- Do not install near water sources [water droplet].
- Do not install near heat sources [heat].
- Ensure the wall material is suitable for supporting the weight of the furniture.
