General Safety Precautions
- It is crucial to read the entire manual thoroughly before installing and using the machine. Safe and effective training is achieved through proper assembly, maintenance, and usage. Ensure all users are familiar with the warnings and precautions.
- Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have any medical or physical conditions that could pose a health or safety risk. Physician's advice is essential if you are taking medication affecting heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels.
- Always pay attention to your body's signals. Improper use may affect your health. If you experience symptoms like headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or dizziness, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician.
- Keep children and pets away from the machine. This equipment is intended for adult use only.
- Use the machine on a stable, horizontal ground level. Place a protective layer on the floor or carpet to prevent damage. Ensure a clearance of at least 2.0 ft (0.6m) around the machine.
- Before each use, check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened.
- Regular maintenance and timely replacement of worn or broken parts are essential for safe operation.
- Follow the instructions in this manual for correct usage. Stop using the machine immediately if any defective parts are found or if abnormal sounds occur. Ensure all issues are resolved before resuming use.
- Wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes. Loose-fitting clothing is not recommended as it may get caught in the machine, hindering operation and potentially causing injury.
- This machine is designed for home use only. The maximum user weight is 300 lbs (136 kg).
- This product is not intended for professional medical treatment.
- The overall performance of the machine and all moving parts must be checked regularly to ensure safety.
- If moving parts are damaged, do not use the machine until they are repaired.
- Keep children away from the machine; it is not for children to use or play with, as they could injure themselves.
- When getting on or off the machine, place the pedals in the lowest position for easier access.
- Before mounting or dismounting, move the pedal on the relevant side to its lowest position and bring the machine to a complete stop.
- The product operates with an elliptical motion trajectory driven by the internal flywheel inertia. Resistance is adjusted manually via a knob. The speed is reflective of the motion trajectory frequency. Before stopping, be aware of the flywheel's inertia and ensure the pedals have come to a complete stop before dismounting.
Care & Maintenance
- Do not store the machine in direct sunlight, wind, rain, or high humidity. Pack it to keep children away from touching or playing with it if necessary.
- Check for rust or cracks after long-term storage.
- Understand that consumable parts may experience wear and tear even with proper maintenance.
- For long-term use, wipe dust regularly. Do not use water directly, gasoline, or abrasive powder, as this may cause cracks, electric shock, or fire. Use a dilute neutral detergent for maintenance.
