Important Safety Instructions
Please read this manual thoroughly before assembling and using the machine. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you are over 35, have pre-existing health conditions, or are taking medication that affects heart rate or blood pressure.
- Pay attention to your body's signals. Stop exercising immediately and consult a physician if you experience any discomfort, such as headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or dizziness.
- Keep children and pets away from the machine. This equipment is for adult use only.
- Use the machine on a stable, horizontal surface. Place a protective layer on the floor to prevent damage. Ensure at least 0.5 meters (1.6 ft) of clearance around the machine.
- Check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened before each use.
- Regular maintenance and timely replacement of worn or broken parts are crucial for safe operation.
- Wear appropriate sportswear and athletic shoes. Avoid loose-fitting clothing that could get caught in the machine.
- The maximum user weight is 136 kg (300 lbs).
- This machine is intended for home use only and is not for professional medical treatment.
- Regularly check the performance of the machine and all moving parts. Do not use the machine if moving parts are damaged until they are repaired.
Care and Maintenance
- Avoid storing the machine in direct sunlight, rain, or high humidity. If storing for extended periods, protect it to prevent children from accessing it.
- Check for rust or cracks after long-term storage.
- Be aware that consumable parts may wear out over time even with proper maintenance.
- Wipe dust regularly. Do not use water directly, gasoline, or abrasive powders for cleaning, as this may damage the parts or cause electric shock or fire. Use a diluted neutral detergent for cleaning.

Assembly Instructions
Preparation: Ensure sufficient space, use provided tools or your own, and confirm all components are present.
Step 1: Open the main frame and front bracket
Pull the main frame (62) away from the front bracket (5), align the holes in the inner adjustment tube (47) with the adjustment holes (51), and install the small quick pin (49).

Step 2: Front and rear foot tubes installation
Remove the cap nut (4), spring washer (24), and arc washer (3) from the front and rear foot tubes (60, 1). Place the foot tubes onto the brackets, reassemble the washers and cap nuts in sequence, and secure with a solid wrench (B).

Step 3: Saddle installation
Attach the seat cushion (33) to the saddle tube (43) using a flat washer (41) and nylon nut (42), secured with a solid wrench (B). Then, attach the saddle tube (43) to the main frame (62) using the knob (55).

Step 4: Installation of seat back cushion
Secure the seat (59) to the saddle tube (43) using square neck bolts (39), flat washers (12), and nylon nuts (42) with a solid wrench (B). Attach the back cushion (34) to the back cushion frame (36) using hexagon socket head screws (38) and spring washers (24) with a cross head Allen key (A).

Step 5: Pedal installation
Attach the rear armrest (46) to the seat (59) using hexagon socket head screws (25) and arc-shaped gaskets (3) with a cross head Allen key (A).
Install the left and right pedals (56L, 56R) onto the crank arms (53L, 53R) respectively. Caution: The right pedal (56R) tightens clockwise, and the left pedal (56L) tightens counterclockwise. Ensure pedals are securely tightened during use.

Step 6: Handrail installation
Insert the armrest (29) into the handrail of the front bracket (5). Align the holes and secure with arc-shaped gasket (3), spring washer (24), and hexagon socket screw (25) using a cross head hexagon socket wrench (A).

Step 7: Monitor installation
Remove the cross pan head screw (32) from the monitor (31). Attach the monitor (31) to the monitor holder plate (29) using cross pan head screws (32). Connect the monitor cable (31) to the sensing cable (17) and insert the cable (27) into the monitor's back cover. Attach the kettle frame (101) to the back cushion frame (36) using cross pan head tapping screws (61).

Adjustment Instructions
Resistance Adjustment
Rotate the resistance knob clockwise to increase resistance and counterclockwise to decrease it. Resistance levels range from 1 (lowest) to 16 (highest).

Exercise Bike Regulator
The exercise bike can be adjusted between a combined state and a fully open state using the small quick pin (49) inserted into different gear positions on the inner adjustment tube (47).

Rear Foot Tube Adjustment
Adjust the twelve eccentric foot sleeves (2) on the rear foot tube (1) to ensure the exercise bike is stable and does not shake.

Batteries Installation
Remove the back cover, install two batteries (e.g., AAA), and replace the back cover.

Machine Movement
To move the exercise bike, hold the armrest (29) with both hands and push or pull in the direction of the arrow.

Instructions for the Monitor
The monitor displays various workout metrics and has the following buttons:
- MODE: Press to select functions. Long press to reset time, distance, and calorie data.
- SET: Use to set target values for time, distance, calories, and pulse when not in scan mode.
- RESET: Press to reset time, distance, calories, and pulse.
Monitor Functions:
- SCAN: Automatically cycles through Time, Speed, Distance, ODO, Calories, and Pulse every 6 seconds.
- TIME: Displays total exercise time. Can be set as a target.
- SPEED: Displays current speed.
- DIST: Displays distance covered during the exercise. Can be set as a target.
- ODO: Displays the total distance accumulated since the monitor was last reset or the batteries were installed.
- CALORIES: Displays calories burned. Can be set as a target.
- PULSE RATE: Displays heart rate in beats per minute (BPM) when palms are placed on the contact pads for 6-7 seconds. Note: This reading is for reference only and not for medical diagnosis.

Monitor Notes:
- Replace batteries if the display is faint or blank.
- The monitor automatically shuts off after 4 minutes of no signal.
- The monitor turns on automatically when exercise resumes or a button is pressed.
- The monitor starts calculating when exercise begins and stops after 4 seconds of inactivity.

MERACH APP Setup
Customers can receive a 180-day MERACH membership by contacting support.eu@merach.com with their order ID and MERACH app username.
- Download the MERACH app by scanning the QR code or searching "MERACH" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the MERACH app, log in, or sign up. For Apple devices, navigate to Profile > Settings > Language to change the language.
- Follow the in-app instructions to set up your device.

KINOMAP APP Setup
- Download the Kinomap app by scanning the QR code or searching "Kinomap" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the Kinomap app, log in, or sign up.
- Select the corresponding fitness equipment.
- Turn on Bluetooth and choose "Merach".
- Select "Exercise bike" and find your "MR-S15-XXXX".
- Start training and explore different workout methods.

Warm-up Exercises
Perform stretches before and after exercise. Each stretch should be held for 10-15 seconds and repeated 3 times.
- Stretch down: Bend forward with slightly bent knees, relaxing back and shoulders.
- Seated hamstring stretch: Sit with one leg extended, bring the other leg's sole to the inner thigh of the extended leg, and reach towards the toes.
- Calf and Achilles tendon stretch: Stand with feet apart, one behind the other. Keep the back leg straight and heel on the ground, lean forward.
- Quadriceps stretch: Stand and pull one foot towards the hips with the hand on the same side.
- Sartorius (inner thigh muscle) stretch: Sit with soles of feet together, knees bent outwards, pull feet towards the groin.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Machine shakes or cocks its feet during movement | Ensure front and rear foot tubes are tightly fixed. Check if the rubber sleeves on the foot tubes are installed smoothly and rotate them for smoothness. |
| Pedal is loose | Check if the left and right foot pedals are installed tightly. |
| Monitor does not display | Verify correct battery installation (positive/negative electrodes) or replace batteries. |
| No heart rate or speed display | Confirm the heart rate interface on the monitor's back and the handle outlet are properly connected. Ensure the monitor's speed line and the machine body's outgoing line are connected. |

Default Warranty Period: 12 Months from the date of purchase.
Additional 12-month Warranty: Activate by emailing product model name to register@merach.com or visiting merachfit.com/pages/warranty-europe within 14 days of purchase, providing the order number.
Defective Products & Returns: Contact Customer Support at support.eu@merach.com with your invoice and order number. Do not dispose of the product before contacting support. Return the product with a copy of the invoice and order number after approval.
