Safety Instructions

Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.

  • Read the entire manual thoroughly before installing and using the machine. Ensure proper assembly, maintenance, and usage for safe and effective training. Familiarize all users with warnings and precautions.
  • Consult a physician before use, especially if you have any medical or physical conditions that could pose a risk or prevent proper use. Physician's advice is crucial if taking medication affecting heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol.
  • Pay attention to your body's signals. Improper use can affect health. If experiencing symptoms like headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, or discomfort, stop exercising immediately and consult a physician before resuming.
  • Keep children and pets away from the machine. This equipment is for adult use only.
  • Place the machine on stable, horizontal ground. Use a protective layer on the floor or carpet to prevent damage. Ensure a minimum distance of 2.0 ft (0.6m) from any obstacles.
  • Check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened before each use.
  • Safe use is guaranteed through regular maintenance and replacement of worn or broken parts.
  • Follow manual instructions. Stop using and operating immediately if any defective parts are found or abnormal sounds are heard. Resolve all issues before using again.
  • Wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes. Loose-fitting clothing is not recommended as it can get caught in the machine, hindering operation and potentially causing injury.
  • This machine is for home use only. The maximum user weight is 330lbs (150kg).
  • This machine is not for professional medical treatment; it is for family use.
  • Regularly check the overall performance and moving parts to ensure safety.
  • If moving parts are damaged, do not use the machine until repaired.
  • Keep children away from the machine; it is not for children to use or play with.
  • When getting on or off the machine, move the pedals to the lowest position for ease of access.
  • Before mounting or dismounting, move the pedal on the relevant side to its lowest position and bring the machine to a complete stop.
  • The product operates with an elliptical motion trajectory driven by the internal flywheel's inertia. Resistance is manually adjusted via a knob. Speed is reflective of motion trajectory frequency, not speed-dependent.
  • Before stopping, be aware of residual inertia. Ensure pedals have come to a complete stop before dismounting.

Care & Maintenance

  • Do not store the machine in direct sunlight, wind, rain, or high humidity. Pack it if necessary to prevent children from touching or playing with it.
  • Check for rust or cracks after long-term storage.
  • Understand that consumable parts may wear and tear even with proper maintenance.
  • For long-term use, wipe dust regularly. Do not use water directly, gasoline, or abrasive powder, as this may cause cracks, electric shock, or fire. Use a diluted neutral detergent for maintenance.

Note: Before starting any training, consult your physician, especially if over 35 years old or with pre-existing health conditions. Read all instructions before using the machine.

Step 1: Install Front and Rear Foot Tube

Take out the D tool, 4 Hexagon Socket Head Screws (28) and 4 Arc Washers (29) from the tool kit. Pass the screws (28) through the washers (29) to fix the Front Foot Tube (7) to the frame. Fix the Rear Foot Tube (6) similarly. Note: The bottom foot pads of the foot tubes (6) & (7) can be adjusted to maintain the bike's balance.

Step 2: Install the Pedals

Use tool B to remove the Left Hexagonal Nut (11) on the Left Pedal (10). Note: Screw removal direction is always in the direction of the pedal. Align the Left Pedal (10) with the left crank hole and install it vertically. Gently turn it 3 times in the direction shown in the figure (note flywheel direction), then use tool A to tighten. Finally, use tool B to install the removed hexagonal nut (11) back onto the pedal and tighten it. Note: Tightening direction of the hexagonal nut is opposite to the pedal foot cover. Install the Right Pedal (8) the same way. Note: Pedal tightening direction is always towards the flywheel direction.

Step 3: Install the Seat Post

Take out the seat cushion and Seat Post (2). Take out Knob (30). Install Knob (30) into the corresponding frame hole and turn it 3 times to fix it. Pull Knob (30) outward, insert the seat cushion and Seat Post (2) into the frame at a suitable height. A click sound indicates correct insertion. Tighten the knob.

Step 4: Install the Seat Assembly

Place the Seat Assembly (4) on the seat post (2). Use carriage screws (14) to pass through the Seat Assembly (4), seat post (2), and washers (15), then secure with locking knob (16). Align the Dumbbell Rack (12) with the seat post (2) and secure it with 2 Cross Screws (13) using tool D.

Step 5: Install the Handlebar Post

Untie the wire on the main frame. Wrap the wire at the bottom of the armrest up and down the Handlebar Post (3). Pull the wire to the top. Insert the Handlebar Post (3) into the frame, adjust position, and lock with Pull Pin Knob (30).

Step 6: Install the Handlebar

Thread the bundled wire through the Handlebar (5) fixing plate. Align the Handlebar (5) hole with the fixing plate hole on the handrail tube. Use Hexagonal Wrench D, 4 Hexagonal Screws (17), and Gaskets (18) to fix it.

Step 7: Install the Monitor

Take out Monitor Holder Support Tube (22). Use tool C to secure the Monitor board (31), 2 Hexagon Socket Nuts (25), Spring Washer (24), and Flat Washer (23). Note: Pay attention to the monitor board's locking direction. Unscrew screws from the back of the Monitor (26) using tool C. Align the Monitor (26) holes with the Monitor Board (31) holes and fix with the previously removed screws. Connect the induction line on the back of the Monitor (26) with the line from the Monitor Holder Support Tube (22). Note: The side with a raised edge faces downwards.

Step 8: Install the Monitor Holder Support Tube

Align the Monitor Holder Support Tube (22) hole with the screw hole in the armrest fixing plate. Use 2 Hexagon Socket Screws (19) and tool C to fix it. Connect the wire from the left end of the Monitor Holder Support Tube with the induction wire from step 6. Install the Decoration Cover (27).

Step 9: Install the Bottle Holder

Align the Bottle Holder (20) hole with the hole below the Monitor Holder Support Tube (22). Tighten with tool C and 2PCS + (25). Ensure correct tightening direction. Note: After installation, check all mounting screws are tight.

Product Usage Instructions

Adjustment method of cushion

Up and down adjustment: Turn the cushion column knob, loosen it, and pull outward. Grab the cushion and pull it up or down. Move to the desired position, loosen the spring to restore it to its original position (listen for a "clicking" sound), and retighten the knob.

Front and rear adjustment: Loosen the knob at the bottom of the saddle and slide the saddle back and forth. Tighten the knob after adjustment.

Adjustment of handrail height

You can adjust the handrail height according to your height. Rotate the pull pin, loosen it, and pull it outward to move the handrail column up and down. After adjusting to the appropriate height, align the pull pin with the handrail column hole and tighten clockwise. If the handle lever is stiff, apply lubricating oil. Note: Do not exceed the "STOP" mark at the minimum insertion depth.

Adjustment of foot pad

To ensure a smooth and comfortable ride, the spinning bike must be stable and safe. If unstable, adjust the foot pads on the front and rear leg tubes until the bike is stable.

Emergency stop and use method of brakes

  1. About emergency stop: The flywheel and pedals are linked. If the flywheel is rotating, the pedals will also rotate. It is dangerous to dismount or remove feet while pedals are moving. For an emergency stop, press the brake knob downward until the bike stops.
  2. How to use brakes: To stop after reaching a certain speed, place your hand on the knob and push it down to gradually add resistance and stop the bike.

Machine handling instructions

  1. When moving the product, hold the front of the handle and push down so the moving wheels of the forefoot tube touch the ground.
  2. For easier handling, especially for women and the elderly, hold the front leg tube with your feet and press down on the front of the steering wheel. Lift up. The method is the same for putting it down: fix the front leg tube with your feet before lowering it.
