Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference. It is crucial to read the entire manual thoroughly before installing and using the machine. Safe and effective training is achieved through proper assembly, maintenance, and usage. Ensure all users are familiar with all warnings and precautions.
- Consult your physician to determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could pose a risk or prevent proper use. Physician's advice is essential if you are taking medication affecting heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels.
- Always pay attention to your body signals. Improper use may affect your health. If you experience symptoms like headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or dizziness, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician.
- Keep children and pets away from the machine. The machine is for adult use only.
- Use the machine on stable, horizontal ground. Place a protective layer on the floor or carpet to prevent damage. Ensure at least 2.0 ft (0.6m) clearance around the machine.
- Check all screws and nuts are properly tightened before each use.
- Regular maintenance and timely replacement of worn or broken parts are essential for safe use.
- Follow the instructions in this manual. Stop using the machine immediately if you find any defective parts or hear abnormal sounds. Resolve all issues before resuming use.
- Wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes. Loose-fitting clothing is not recommended as it may get caught in the machine, causing injury.
- This machine is for home use only. The maximum user weight is 300lbs (136kg).
- This product is not for professional medical treatment.
- The overall performance of the machine and all moving parts must be checked regularly.
- If moving parts are damaged, do not use the machine until parts are repaired.
- When using the machine, place the pedals in the lowest position for easy mounting and dismounting.
- Ensure pedals come to a complete stop before dismounting.
Care & Maintenance
- Do not store the machine in direct sunlight, wind, rain, or high humidity.
- Check for rust or cracks after long-term storage.
- Understand that consumable parts may wear over time even with proper maintenance.
- For long-term use, wipe dust regularly. Do not use water directly, gasoline, or abrasive powder. Use a dilute neutral detergent for cleaning.

Installation Guide
Step 1: Install Front and Rear Foot Tube
Use 4PCS Step Screws (50) to attach the Rear Foot Tube (54) and the Front Foot Tube (69) to the Main Frame (58). Tighten them with the Hexagonal Wrench (79). The adjustment wheels on the Foot Covers (53) can be used to balance the bike.
Step 2: Install the Seat
- Insert the Seat Post (21) into the Main Frame (58) and secure it with the Tapered Knob (23).
- Attach the Sliding Seat (16) to the Seat Post (21) using 1PC Carriage Screw (15), Flat Washer (19), and Round Knob M10 (20).
- Install the Seat (14) onto the Sliding Seat (16). Adjust to the desired position and tighten with an Open-end Wrench (80). Secure the Bottle Holder (12) to the Main Frame (58) using 2PCS Cross Screw (13).
Note: Loosening the Round Knob (20) allows adjustment of the seat's front and rear distance.
Step 3: Install the Pedals
- Use the Open-end Wrench (80) to rotate the Right Pedal (36R) in the direction of the arrow and attach it to the Right Crank (39R). Tighten securely.
- Similarly, use the Open-end Wrench (80) to rotate the Left Pedal (36L) in the direction of the arrow and attach it to the Left Crank (39L). Tighten securely.
Note: Carefully check the left (L)/right (R) markings on the pedals before tightening to avoid damaging the screw threads.
Step 4: Install the Handlebar Assembly
- Insert the Handlebar Post (6) into the Main Frame (58) and secure it with the L-shaped Pull Pin (4).
- Attach the Handlebar (5) to the Handlebar Post (6) using 4PCS Head Hexagon Socket Screws (9), Spring Washers (10), and Flat Washers (62). Tighten with the Hexagonal Wrench (79).
- Fix the iPad Holder (7) onto the Handlebar Post (6) with 1PC Flat Head Cross Screw (8).
- Attach the Monitor (1) to the Handlebar (5) using the Hexagonal Wrench (79) and Round Head Cross Washer Screw (78). Connect the Sensor Line (72) and the Monitor (1) output line.
Note: In steps 2/4, the armrest and seat cushion height can be adjusted by repositioning the tapered pull pin (23) before exercising.
Product Usage Instructions
Seat Adjustment
You can adjust the seat position according to your height:
- Up and Down: Loosen the Pin Knob (23) counterclockwise and pull it outward. Move the Seat Post Assembly (21) up or down to the desired position, align the Pin Knob (23) with the corresponding hole in the Seat Post Assembly (21), and tighten clockwise.
- Forward and Backward: Loosen the Pin Knob (20). The Seat (14) can move forward and backward. Adjust to the appropriate position and tighten the Pin Knob (20).
Handlebar Adjustment
You can adjust the handlebar position according to your height:
- Up and Down: Loosen the L-shaped Large Spring Pin Knob (4) counterclockwise and pull it outward. Move the Handlebar Post (5) up or down. After adjusting to the appropriate position, align the L-shaped Large Spring Pin Knob (4) with the Handlebar Post (5) hole and tighten it.
Moving Instructions
To move the product, hold the front end of the Handlebar and press down firmly until the Roller (71) on the bottom tube contacts the ground. The vehicle can then be moved. When you reach the destination, slowly release your hands.
Monitor Instructions
Functional Buttons
- MODE: Press to select functions; long-press to reset time/distance/calorie.
- SET: Set values for time, distance, calories, and pulse when not in scan mode.
- RESET: Reset time, distance, calories, and pulse.
Function and Operations
- SCAN: Press the "MODE" button until "SCAN" appears. The monitor will cycle through Time, Speed, Distance, ODO, Calorie, and Pulse every 6 seconds.
- TIME: Counts total exercise time. Press "MODE" until "TIME" appears, then press "SET" to set exercise time. If "SET" is 0, the monitor will stop 1 second after the start.
- SPEED: Displays current speed.
- DIST: Counts distance from exercise start to end. Press "MODE" until "DIST" appears, then press "SET" to set exercise distance. If "SET" is 0, the monitor will stop about 1 second after the start.
- CALORIES: Counts total calories from exercise start to end. Press "MODE" until "CAL" appears, then press "SET" to set exercise calories. If "SET" is 0, the monitor will stop about 1 second after the start.
- ODO: Displays the total distance covered since the battery capacity period began.
Notes
- If the display is blank or blurred, replace the battery.
- The monitor automatically shuts down after 4 minutes of non-use.
- Exercise restarts automatically after pressing a button or restarting the exercise.
- Exercise data is calculated automatically after the exercise starts. Calculation stops 4 seconds after stopping exercise.

APP Setup Instruction
Download and use of MERACH App
- To download the MERACH app, scan the QR code or search "MERACH" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the MERACH app. Log In or Sign Up.
- Follow the in-app instructions to set up your device.
Download and use of KINOMAP
- To download the Kinomap app, scan the QR code or search "Kinomap" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the Kinomap app. Log In or Sign Up.
- Select the corresponding fitness equipment.
- Turn on Bluetooth, and choose Merach.
- Select "Ellipticals", and find your "MRK-S38-XXXX".
- Start training and explore different workout methods.
Warm-up
Do stretches before exercising. Warm muscles are easier to stretch. Start with a 5-10 minute warm-up, then perform the following stretches 5 times each, holding for 10 seconds or more. Repeat after the workout.
- Stretch down: Bend knees slightly, slowly bend forward, relax back and shoulders, try to touch toes with hands. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times.
- Seated hamstring stretch: Sit with one leg straight, bring the other leg in so it is snug on the inside of the straightened leg. Try to touch feet with your hand's toe. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.
- Calf and Achilles tendon stretch: Stand with hands against a wall or tree, one foot behind another. Keep the back leg straight and heel on the ground, lean towards the wall or tree. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.
- Quadriceps stretch: Reach back with your right hand, grab your right foot, and slowly pull it toward your hips until you feel the muscles in the front of your thigh tense. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.
- Sartorius (inner thigh muscle) stretch: Sit with feet facing each other and knees facing out. Grab feet with both hands and pull toward your groin. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times.
Note: This machine is full body training equipment; follow these steps for a proper warm-up.

MERACH products are premium in material, craftsmanship, and service. The MERACH 1-year limited warranty is effective from the date of purchase. MERACH will replace defective products based on eligibility. Refunds are available to original purchasers within the first 30 days. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not apply to commercial, rental, or other unintended uses. No warranties exist beyond those expressly set forth.
This warranty is non-transferable. MERACH is not responsible for damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, user negligence, abuse, or improper operation not following the user manual.
This warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, or vandalism.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Damage in return transit.
- Unsupervised use by children under 14 years old.
MERACH and its subsidiaries are only responsible for damages caused by intended use or as instructed in the user manual. Some states may not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses. This warranty provides specific legal rights that may vary by state.
