Controller Overview

The GuliKit KingKong 2 PRO Controller features a standard gamepad layout with dual analog sticks, a D-pad, face buttons (A, B, X, Y), shoulder buttons (L, R, ZL, ZR), and central function buttons. Key indicators and ports are located on the top edge:

The controller includes standard gaming buttons: Left Analog Stick, Right Analog Stick, D-pad (Up, Down, Left, Right), A, B, X, Y buttons, L, R, ZL, ZR shoulder buttons, Home button (?), Plus button (➕), Minus button (➖), Gear button (⚙️), and APG button (?).

Pairing Instructions

Pair on Computer

Pair with Bluetooth (Computer needs Bluetooth)

  1. Hold the Mode button on the controller to switch it to PC XINPUT mode.
  2. Press the Pairing button on the controller for 2 seconds to start pairing, indicated by a scrolling LED.
  3. Go to Bluetooth settings on your computer, search for new devices, choose "GuliKit Controller", and connect.
  4. Pairing is completed once a successful connection to the new controller is shown.

Use with Wired Connection

Switch to the correct mode on the controller for your computer. Connect the controller and computer with a USB-C to USB-A cable. A USB-A port on the backside of the host computer is recommended for desktop PCs.

*DINPUT is an older Windows connection protocol, recommended for retro games or simulators. XINPUT mode is primarily used for new games on Windows.

Pair on Switch

To pair the GuliKit controller with a Nintendo Switch:

  1. Go to the controller settings on the Switch.
  2. Press the Pairing button on the controller for 2 seconds to start pairing.
  3. Pairing is completed once the Switch shows a successful connection to the new controller.

Another way for controller connection: Place the Switch into its dock and set the Switch to pairing mode. Connect the controller to the Switch dock by using a USB-A to USB-C cable. The Switch will automatically connect with the controller quickly. After a few seconds, unplug the cable, and the Switch will remain wirelessly paired with the controller. The controller can also be used with the cable plugged in as a wired controller.

Pair Wireless on Android, iOS, macOS Devices

  1. Hold the Mode button on the controller to switch it to Android iOS mode.
  2. Press the Pairing button on the controller for 2 seconds to start pairing, indicated by a scrolling LED.
  3. Go to Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone and search for new devices, choose "Xbox Wireless Controller", and connect.
  4. Pairing is completed once a successful connection to the new controller is shown.

Calibration

Calibration on Sticks, ZL, ZR

When the controller is on, press L, R, A, and D-pad Left (⬅️) simultaneously to perform auto quick calibration on the sticks, ZL, and ZR. A vibration will occur upon completion. Do not touch the sticks, ZL, or ZR during the process.

Calibration on Gyroscope

When the controller is on, place it on a tabletop. Press , , A, and D-pad Left (⬅️) simultaneously to perform auto quick calibration on the gyroscope. A vibration will occur upon completion.

*Gyroscope calibration is not needed if there is no issue with its performance.

APG Button (Auto Pilot Gaming)

APG Activation

Press the APG button (?) for 3 seconds to start recording. A long vibration will indicate recording has begun. The controller will record all inputs until the button is pressed again to stop recording, or it will auto-stop after 10 minutes. A short vibration indicates recording completion. It can record operations for up to 10 minutes.

Auto Pilot Gaming Usage

(Sticks can still be operated during Auto Pilot Gaming. Any button press except the sticks will stop Auto Pilot Gaming.)

General Settings Information

All settings are made by holding the Gear button (⚙️) and pressing the relevant button. Settings are cleared by default upon restart under normal mode but can be saved under Professional Player Mode.

The controller automatically shuts down if no button action occurs for 10 minutes. It wakes up by pressing any one of the A, B, X, Y, Home (?), or Mode buttons. The controller will not shut down under modes of auto-repeated Turbo shooting, Auto-Pilot Gaming, or wired connection.

Advanced Settings

Professional Player Mode (⚙️ + Mode button)

  • 1. Short vibration: Starts Professional Player Mode. All settings will be saved even after restart.
  • 2. Long vibration: Reverts to default mode; the controller will perform a factory reset upon shutdown.

Repeated Shooting (⚙️ + A/B/X/Y/R/ZR)

  • 1. One vibration: Hold the button to start repeated shooting; release to stop. Provides 20 shootings per second.
  • 2. Two vibrations: Click to start continuous repeated shooting; click again to stop.
  • 3. Long vibration: Cancels and reverts to default.

A-B X-Y Interchange (⚙️ + ➕)

  • 1. One vibration: Swaps A-B and X-Y buttons.
  • 2. Long vibration: Cancels and reverts to default.

Vibration Setting (⚙️ + ➕/➖)

Press ⚙️ + ➕ to increase vibration, ⚙️ + ➖ to reduce vibration. There are 4 levels of vibration adjustment. The lowest level is vibration off.

Share Auto Pilot Game File (⚙️ + ?)

Turn on the controller, then press the Gear button (⚙️) and APG button (?) together to turn the controller into Read/Write mode. Connect the controller to a PC with a USB data cable. A flash drive named "GuliKit dat" will appear, containing a file named "Auto.apg", which is the APG recording file for Auto Pilot Gaming.

You may copy this file and share it with friends, or copy others' files to replace it in this drive.

*Note: The controller will auto-turn off after "Auto.apg" replacement is completed. You may also double-click the Mode button to turn off the controller.

Motion Sense Aim Assist on PC (⚙️ + L/ZL)

  • 1. One vibration: Low sensitivity.
  • 2. Two vibrations: Medium sensitivity.
  • 3. Three vibrations: High sensitivity.
  • 4. Long Vibration: Cancels Motion Sense Aim Assist.

(⚙️ + L buttons activate Motion Sense Aim Assist when pressing L in game. ⚙️ + ZL buttons activate Motion Sense Aim Assist when pressing ZL in game.)

Clear All Settings (⚙️ + ➖)

A long vibration indicates clearing completion.

No Dead Zone Mode (⚙️ + ?)

  • 1. Short vibration: No dead zone in stick center.
  • 2. Long vibration: Cancels and reverts to default.

ZL ZR Sensitivity Setting (⚙️ + ⬅️/➡️)

  • 1. One vibration: 600% higher sensitivity.
  • 2. Long vibration: Cancels and reverts to default.

(⚙️ + D-pad Left (⬅️) button for ZL trigger adjustment. ⚙️ + D-pad Right (➡️) button for ZR trigger adjustment.)

Stick Sensitivity Setting (⚙️ + R3/L3)

  • 1. One vibration: 50% sensitivity.
  • 2. Two vibrations: 100% sensitivity (default value).
  • 3. Three vibrations: 150% sensitivity.

(R3 and L3 stand for pressing the stick down. Each stick is set individually.)
