Controller Overview

Front View

The front of the GuliKit KingKong NS09 controller features the following key elements:

• A, B, X, Y Buttons: Standard action buttons.
• D-pad: Directional pad for precise movement.
• Left and Right Analog Sticks: For 360-degree movement and camera control.
• Home Button: Typically used to return to the system's home screen.
• Plus (+) Button: Often used for menu access or positive actions.
• Minus (-) Button: Often used for menu access or negative actions.
• Screenshot Button: Captures in-game screenshots.
• Star Button: A programmable or special function button.
• ? Learning Button: Used for recording and replaying button sequences.
• ⚙️ Setting Button: Used in combination with other buttons to access advanced settings.

Automatic Shutdown and Wake-up: The controller automatically shuts down if there is no button action for 10 minutes. It wakes up by pressing any one of the A, B, X, Y, or Mode buttons.

The top of the GuliKit KingKong NS09 controller includes:

• Working Mode Indicator: An indicator light showing the current operating mode.
• ? USB-C Port: Located at the center, used for charging and wired connection to devices.
• Charging Indicator: An indicator light that glows orange when charging and turns off when fully charged.
• Controller No. Indicator: Shows the assigned controller number (e.g., for multiplayer).
• Pairing Button: A small button used to initiate wireless pairing. Press it for 2 seconds to begin pairing.
• Mode Button: A button used to switch between different operating modes (e.g., PC XINPUT/DINPUT). Press for 2 seconds to switch modes. Double-click to shut down, and single-click to power on.
• L/R Bumpers and ZL/ZR Triggers: Located on the shoulders of the controller.

How to Pair the GuliKit Controller

Pairing with Nintendo Switch

To pair the GuliKit KingKong NS09 controller with a Nintendo Switch:

1. Go to the controller settings on your Nintendo Switch console.
2. Press the pairing button on the GuliKit controller for 2 seconds to start the pairing process.
3. Pairing is completed once the Nintendo Switch shows a successful connection to the new controller.

Pairing with Computer (PC XINPUT/DINPUT) and Android Devices

To pair the GuliKit KingKong NS09 controller with a computer or Android device:

1. Hold the Mode button on the controller to switch it to PC XINPUT or DINPUT mode, as required by your computer.
2. Press the pairing button on the controller for 2 seconds. A scrolling LED indication will appear, signifying that the controller is in pairing mode.
3. On your computer or Android device, go to the Bluetooth settings, search for new devices, and select "GuliKit Controller" from the list to connect.
4. Pairing is completed once your device shows a successful connection to the new controller.

Advanced Controller Functions

? Learning Button

The Learning button allows you to record and replay sequences of button presses.

• Learning Activation: Press the Learning button for 3 seconds to start the learning process. The controller will vibrate once to indicate activation. It will then record all subsequent operations until the Learning button is pressed again to stop, or it will automatically stop after 10 minutes with a long vibration.
• Auto Operation: To perform the learned auto-operation once, single-click the Learning button. To make it run continuously, double-click the Learning button. Any button press on the controller, except for the analog sticks, will stop the auto-operation.

⚙️ Setting Button Combinations

Note: To activate these functions, the ⚙️ Setting button must be held down while pressing the indicated other buttons.

⚙️ + A/B/X/Y/R/ZR: Repeated Shooting

This function enables automatic repeated presses of the specified action buttons.

Modes of Repeated Shooting:

1. 10 Seconds Repeated Shooting: Hold the ⚙️ Setting button and the desired action button (A, B, X, Y, R, or ZR) for 10 seconds to activate. The controller will vibrate once. Release the button to stop the repeated shooting.
2. Auto Repeated Shooting: While holding the ⚙️ Setting button, press the desired action button once to start continuous auto repeated shooting. The controller will vibrate twice. Press the button again to stop.
3. Stop Repeated Shooting Mode: A long vibration indicates that the repeated shooting mode has been stopped.

⚙️ + D-pad Up/Down: Vibration Adjustment

Adjust the intensity of the controller's vibration feedback.

• Press the ⚙️ Setting button and the D-pad Up button to increase vibration.
• Press the ⚙️ Setting button and the D-pad Down button to reduce vibration.

There are 4 levels of vibration adjustment. The lowest level turns vibration off.

⚙️ + ➖ Minus Button: Clear All Current Mode Settings

This function clears all custom settings for the current operating mode.

• Hold the ⚙️ Setting button and press the ➖ Minus button. A long vibration indicates that the clearing process is complete.

⚙️ + L/ZL: Gyro Assisted Aiming

Adjust the sensitivity of the gyro-assisted aiming feature.

Levels of Gyro Assisted Aiming:

1. Low Sensitivity: Indicated by one vibration.
2. Medium Sensitivity: Indicated by two vibrations.
3. High Sensitivity: Indicated by three vibrations.
4. Cancel Assist: Indicated by one long vibration.

⚙️ + R3/L3: Stick Sensitivity Setting

Adjust the sensitivity of the analog sticks. R3 and L3 refer to pressing the right and left analog sticks down, respectively.

1. Set Stick Sensitivity to 60%: Hold the ⚙️ Setting button and press R3 or L3. Indicated by one vibration.
2. Set Stick Sensitivity to 30%: Hold the ⚙️ Setting button and press R3 or L3. Indicated by two vibrations.
3. Cancel Setting: Hold the ⚙️ Setting button and press R3 or L3. Indicated by one long vibration.

⚙️ + ZR/ZL: ZR/ZL Buttons Sensitivity Setting

Adjust the sensitivity of the ZR and ZL trigger buttons.

1. Set Buttons Sensitivity 1000% Higher: Hold the ⚙️ Setting button and press ZR or ZL. Indicated by one vibration.
2. Cancel Setting: Hold the ⚙️ Setting button and press ZR or ZL. Indicated by one long vibration.
