Controller Overview
The GuliKit KK3 MAX is a versatile game controller designed for multiple platforms. It features an ergonomic design with standard gaming controls, including analog sticks, a directional pad (D-pad), face buttons (A, B, X, Y), shoulder buttons (L, R), and analog triggers (ZL, ZR). Additional features include back buttons (G1-G4), a Mode button for switching connectivity and modes, a SYNC button for pairing, and indicator lights for status.
Key Components:
- USB-C Port: For charging and wired connections.
- Mode Button: Double-click to change mode; long press for power off; single press for power on.
- SYNC Button: Long press for 2 seconds to start pairing mode (indicator light scrolls).
- Controller Mode LED: Indicates controller status.
- Player Number LED: Shows player number assignment.
- Mode Indicator Light: Shows pairing status (scrolling) or connection status (solid).
- Analog Sticks: Left and Right, with calibration and sensitivity adjustment.
- D-pad: Directional input, can switch between 4-way and 8-way modes.
- Face Buttons: A, B, X, Y.

Pairing Methods
PC Pairing
Bluetooth (125Hz Polling Rate)
- Switch the controller to PC Bluetooth mode using the Mode Button.
- Long press the pairing button for 2 seconds; the indicator light will start scrolling, indicating pairing mode.
- On your PC, go to Bluetooth settings, search for devices, and add "GuliKit Controller".
- The controller is paired when the interface displays "Connected".
Wired Connection (1000Hz Polling Rate)
- Switch the controller to PC wired mode using the Mode Button.
- Connect the provided data cable to the controller and a USB port on your PC. For desktop PCs, it is recommended to use a USB port on the back of the computer case for a more stable connection.
KK3 Wireless Adapter (1000Hz Polling Rate)
- Switch the controller to PC adapter mode using the Mode Button.
- Long press the pairing button; the indicator light will start scrolling.
- Plug the KK3 wireless adapter into a USB port on your PC.
- Pairing is complete when both the controller and adapter indicator lights are solid.
Switch Pairing
Method 1: Bluetooth
- On your Nintendo Switch, navigate to the Controller Settings page.
- Switch the controller to Switch mode using the Mode Button.
- Long press the pairing button for 2 seconds; the indicator light will start scrolling.
- The Switch interface will display a connection to a new controller, indicating pairing is complete.
Method 2: Wired Connection
- Switch the controller to Switch mode using the Mode Button.
- Connect the provided data cable to the controller and the USB A port on the Switch dock.
- Place the Switch console on the dock; the controller will automatically pair with the console.
- You can then unplug the data cable to use the controller wirelessly, or keep it plugged in for wired use.
Android, iOS, macOS Pairing
- Double-click the Mode Button to switch to iOS mode.
- Long press the pairing button for 2 seconds; the indicator light will start scrolling.
- On your device (Android, iOS, or macOS), go to Bluetooth settings.
- Enable Bluetooth if it is not already on. Tap "Add New Device" or "Scan for Devices".
- Select "Xbox Wireless Controller" from the list of available devices.
- The interface will display "Connected," indicating that the pairing process is complete.
Controller Functions
Calibration
Joystick & Trigger Calibration
- To enter calibration mode: While the controller is powered on, simultaneously press and hold the [L Button], [R Button], [D-pad Left], and [A Button] for 6 seconds.
- During calibration, move both joysticks in full circles 2-3 times to cover their entire range.
- Calibration is complete when the light ring around each joystick turns green. The controller will automatically exit calibration mode.
Gyroscope Calibration
- To calibrate the gyroscope: While the controller is powered on, place it on a flat surface. Simultaneously press and hold the [+] Button, [-] Button, [D-pad Left], and [A Button].
- The controller will vibrate once to confirm that calibration is complete.
- Note: If the gyroscope is functioning normally, there is no need for calibration.
Motion Aim Assist (PC FPS Games)
- Sensitivity Settings:
- 1 vibration: Low sensitivity aim assist.
- 2 vibrations: Medium sensitivity aim assist.
- 3 vibrations: High sensitivity aim assist.
- Long vibration: Disable motion aim assist (default mode).
- Activation:
- Press [+] and [L Button]: Motion assist activates when the [L Button] is pressed in-game.
- Press [+] and [ZL Button]: Motion assist activates when the [ZL Button] is pressed in-game.
Joystick Dead Zone Mode
- 1 vibration: Enable Dead Zone mode for the joystick center area.
- Long vibration: Cancel Dead Zone mode and restore the default No Dead Zone mode.
Joystick Sensitivity Adjustment
- This function allows individual adjustment for each joystick using the [R3 Button] (Right Stick press) and [L3 Button] (Left Stick press).
- 1 vibration: Sensitivity 50% (joystick ring displays red).
- 2 vibrations: Sensitivity 100% (joystick ring displays blue, default setting).
- 3 vibrations: Sensitivity 150% (joystick ring displays green).
Back Button Configuration (G1, G2, G3, G4)
- Mapping a Button: Hold the [Setting Button] (Gear icon) along with the back button (G1-G4) you wish to map. You will feel a short vibration, indicating the mapping process has started. Press the desired button you want to assign to the back button. A long vibration confirms that the mapping configuration is complete.
- Cancelling a Mapping: Hold the [Setting Button] along with the back button you wish to cancel mapping. A long vibration confirms that its mapping is cancelled.
Trigger Mode Setting
- A switch located on the back of the controller allows you to easily switch the feel of the ZL and ZR triggers between two modes:
- Digital microswitch trigger mode (light touch).
- Hall effect analog trigger mode (progressive feel).
Rapid Fire (Turbo)
- 1 vibration: Normal rapid fire. Active when the button is held down and stops when released.
- 2 vibrations: Auto rapid fire. Press the button once to initiate continuous rapid fire; press again to stop.
- Long vibration: Cancel rapid fire (default mode).
A-B X-Y Button Swap
- 1 vibration: Swaps the input values between the A/B buttons and the X/Y buttons.
- Long vibration: Restores the default button assignments.
Vibration Intensity Adjustment
- 1 vibration: Weak vibration.
- 2 vibrations: Strong vibration (default mode).
- Long vibration: Turn off vibration.
Vibration Mode Adjustment
- 1 vibration: Rotary motor mode.
- 2 vibrations: GuliKit Maglev haptic mode (default mode).
- 3 vibrations: HD vibration mode.
Light Brightness Adjustment
- Cycles through three levels of brightness adjustment: Off, Low brightness, and High brightness.
4-Direction D-pad Mode
- 1 vibration: Switches the D-pad to 4-direction mode.
- Long vibration: Restores the default 8-direction mode.
Clear All Settings (Reset)
- A long vibration indicates that the reset process is complete, and the controller has been restored to its factory settings.
Auto Pilot Gaming (APG) Function
Recording Process
- Hold the APG button (Double-Square icon) for 3 seconds. A short vibration indicates that the recording has started.
- All subsequent button presses and joystick movements will be recorded.
- To stop recording, either press the APG button again or wait for the recording to automatically stop after 10 minutes. A long vibration confirms that the recording is complete. The maximum recording time is 10 minutes.
Replay Actions
- Press the APG button once briefly: Automatically repeats the recorded actions once.
- Double-click the APG button: Continuously repeats the recorded actions until interrupted.
- During replay, you can use the joysticks for movement, allowing you to perform actions while moving.
- To cancel the replay midway, press any button except the joysticks.
APG Recording File Share
- To enter APG read/write mode, connect the controller to your computer via the USB data cable. A USB drive named "GuliKit dat" will appear on your computer.
- The root directory of this drive contains the file "Auto.apg", which is the APG recording file. You can freely copy this file for backup or sharing.
- If you wish to overwrite the existing APG file, you can replace it with a new APG file by copying the desired file into the "GuliKit dat" drive.
- Once the writing process is complete, the controller will automatically power off. Alternatively, you can power off the controller by holding the Mode Button.
- Please do not change the filename "Auto.apg" to ensure proper functionality.
General Information
- Auto Power Off: The controller will automatically power off after 10 minutes of inactivity. Note that this feature is disabled during full-auto rapid fire or APG replay functions.
- Power On: To power on the controller, you can press any of the following buttons: [A Button], [B Button], [X Button], [Y Button], [Home Button], or the Mode Button.
- Low Battery Indicator: When the battery is low, the indicator light will flash, and the vibration function will automatically turn off. Vibration will resume when the battery level is restored.
