Introduction

This camera series is the latest technology and advanced circuit design, which features high definition and sensitivity, low noise and distortion and supports HD video transmission with the common coaxial cable, ensuring the requirement of the HD monitoring in the traditional surveillance system.

Cables

Video Switch: Four video output modes can be optional--AHD, TVI, CVI and CVBS. (a) remove the cover of the video switch cable; (b) hold and press the button in the video switch cable for 5 seconds to switch the current video output.

Installation

Before you start, please make sure that the wall or ceiling is strong enough to withstand three times the weight of the camera. Please install and use the camera in the dry environment. You'd better install back the lens cover or lower dome less than 4 hours after removing it. The mounting types of cameras are only for reference.

Mounting for V5B1/V5T1

  1. Drill the screw holes and the cable hole on the wall according to the drill template.

  1. Route and connect the cables.
  2. Secure the mounting base with camera to the wall with screws as shown below.

Bracket Adjustment for V5B1/V5B1M

Step 4: Bracket adjustment. Before adjustment, preview the image of the camera on a monitor and then loosen the fixed ring to adjust the view angle of the camera. Tighten the fixed ring after the adjustment.

Mounting for V5D1/V5D1M

  1. Attach the drill template to the place where you want to fix the camera and then drill the screw holes and the cable hole on the wall according to the drill template.

  1. Rotate the trim ring anticlockwise to remove it from the camera.
  2. Loosen the screws to open the lower dome. Then route and connect the cables.
  3. Secure the camera to the wall with screws provided as shown below.

Three-axis Adjustment for V5D1/V5D1M

Step 5: Three-axis adjustment. Before adjustment, preview the image of the camera on a monitor and then adjust the camera according to the figure below to get an optimum angle.

  1. Install the lower dome back to the camera and fix it with screws. Then put the trim ring onto the lower dome and then rotate it clockwise until it is locked. Finally, remove the protection film softly.

Mounting for V5T1/V5T1M

  1. Drill the screw holes and the cable hole on the wall according to the drill template.

  1. Loosen the fixed screw to disassemble the camera.
  2. Route and connect the cables. Then secure the mounting base to the ceiling or wall with the screws provided.

  1. Install the dome and enclosure to the mounting base and then adjust the dome to obtain an optimum view angle. Finally, secure the camera with the fixed screw.
