Connection Diagram: The diagram shows a typical setup for the Mini Expression Pedal. On the left, an input jack labeled "In" is shown. On the right, there are output jacks labeled "Exp. Out" and "Exp. In", along with "Out" and "In" jacks. A DigiTech RP360 Effects Processor is depicted, with connections from the expression pedal to the processor's "Exp. In" and "Exp. Out" jacks. A guitar is shown connected to the input of the effects processor. Text below the diagram advises: "See the owner's manual for the controlled device to determine the proper cable to use with the expression pedal."
IMPORTANT USAGE NOTE
The two hex screws on the bottom of the pedal are part of the spring tension adjustment mechanism. If play develops over time, slightly loosen these screws and then re-tighten them. This will cause the main drive gear to mesh more tightly with the pedal gear. DO NOT remove these screws or operate the pedal while the screws are loose. This can cause gear misalignment and pedal malfunction. There are no user-adjustable parts inside the pedal. Under no circumstances should the pedal be opened.
