Important Safety Information

⚠️ IMPORTANT, RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE: READ CAREFULLY

• Must use ground nails, ropes, and expansion screws for stability to avoid devastating injuries and property damage caused by a collapsing gazebo.
• Do not use this gazebo in high winds, heavy snow, or inclement weather. It is not designed to withstand strong gusts of wind, heavy snow accumulation, or other inclement weather. Take precautions when wind speed exceeds 25 Mph, and clear snow when it accumulates more than 2 inches.
• Before use, thoroughly inspect the gazebo to ensure all bolts, nuts, and buckles are completely tightened and securely fastened.
• Warranty does not cover damages, losses, or injuries resulting from improper installation, misuse, not using stability accessories, non-snow cleaning, or failure to take precautionary measures.

Important Notes

Attention:

• Please read this instruction carefully before installation and follow it strictly.
• Ensure that there are no problems later due to installation errors.
• Extra screws have been prepared for use in case of loss or damage.

Installation Notes:

Please check the quantity of all parts before installation (refer to the Parts Lists) and the appearance of the products. Make sure the product is correct before installation. If there is any problem, please contact us directly.

Make sure the colored panels are facing outwards and all the holes match. Panels are textured; install them in the order specified in the instructions. All lines and holes must be accurately matched to make the structure more stable. Ensure all screws are tightened to prevent the product from falling apart.

There is a protective film on the surface; please tear it off after installation for the final presentation. If the film is not damaged during installation, it can remain on the product for protection.

Please place the product on a flat ground to prevent leaning and collapse. If the ground is uneven, the door may not close properly.

Safety Precautions:

It is recommended that two adults complete the installation for an easier and safer process.

Gloves must be worn to prevent hand cuts during installation.

Take care when using power tools near water; the use of a residual current device (RCD) is advised. Use electric drivers carefully to prevent screws from slipping and hurting your hand. Beginners are recommended to use a manual screwdriver.

Be careful not to fall when installing the roof. Steady the ladder and ensure the product is placed on flat ground.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1:

Attach the bottom of part "A" to part "T" and tighten with 3 screws "U".

Parts Used: A (4), T (4), U (12 total for 4xA)

Step 2:

Place the connecting part "O" in the right frame of part "B1" and in the left frame of part "B".

Parts Used: B (2), B1 (2), O (2)

Step 3:

Connect part "B" and part "B1" with 12 screws "U".

Notice: Before fixing, please make sure all the screw holes are aligned.

Step 4:

A part "Q" and a part "Q1" are connected with a screw "U2" on the outside of the connection.

Notice: Repeat the above steps to connect the remaining 1 part "B" and 1 part "B1".

Parts Used: Q (2), Q1 (2), U2 (4)

Step 5:

Place the connecting part "O" in the right frame of part "C1" and in the left frame of part "C".

Parts Used: C (2), C1 (2), O (2)

Step 6:

Connecting part "C" and part "C1" with 12 screws "U", fixed with 4 screws "U2".

Notice: Before fixing, please make sure all the screw holes are aligned.

Step 7:

Four part "Q1" is fixed at the top with Four screws "U2".

Notice: 1. Before fixing, please make sure all the screw holes are aligned. 2. Repeat the above steps to finish connecting the other part "C" and part "C1".

Parts Used: Q1 (4), U2 (4)

Step 8:

Attach the ends of part "C" and part "C1" to the top of part "A", using six screws "V" to connect the two sides.

Parts Used: C (2), C1 (2), A (2), V (12 total for 2 sides)

Step 9:

Attach the ends of part "B" and part "B1" to the top of part "A", using six screws "V" to connect the two sides.

Notice: Repeat the above steps to attach the remaining part "B" and part "B1" to the top of part "A".

Parts Used: B (2), B1 (2), A (2), V (12 total for 2 sides)

Step 10:

Connect the four parts "P" to the four corners and fix them with 16 screws "U1".

Parts Used: P (4), U1 (16)

Step 11:

In the interior view of the gazebo, eight parts "H" and "H1" are attached to the sides of the columns using 16 screws "U1".

Parts Used: H (4), H1 (4), U1 (32)

Step 12:

1. Connect part "D2" and part "D" with 2 screws "U4". 2. Connect part "D1" and part "D2" with 2 screws "U".

Notice: Repeat the above steps to connect the remaining 3 parts "D1", 3 parts "D2", and 3 parts "D".

Parts Used: D2 (4), D (4), U4 (8 total), D1 (4), U (16 total)

Step 13:

Connect 4 parts "D1" to part "S" and fix them with 8 screws "U". Fix part "V3" through part "S".

Parts Used: D1 (4), S (1), U (8), V3 (1)

Step 14:

Move the whole roof to the shelf and fix the part "D" with four screws "U".

Parts Used: D (4), U (4)

Step 15:

1. Connect the part "E3" and part "E2" with 2 screws "U". 2. Connect the part "E3" and part "E1" with 2 screws "U4".

Notice: Repeat the preceding steps to install the remaining components.

Parts Used: E3 (6), E2 (6), U (12 total), E1 (6), U4 (12 total)

Step 16:

The correct position of part "E1" and part "E" is shown in the figure below. Place part "E1" on both sides and part "E" in the rest of the positions. Place the two parts "V1" on the inside of the part "E1".

Parts Used: E1 (4), E (4), V1 (2)

Step 17:

Use 4 parts "Y" and 10 screws "U" to fix part "K1" and part "K".

Parts Used: Y (4), U (10), K1 (2), K (2)

Step 18:

Place part "R" on the top of part "S" and secure it with two screws "U".

Parts Used: R (1), S (1), U (2)

Step 19:

First, place part "L1", part "L2", and part "M4" on the open span, in order of installation, so that they can be installed in order during installation.

Place part "L1" on the left side of the roof on each side.

Place part "L2" on the right side of the roof on each side.

Place two parts "M4" in the middle of part "L1" and part "L2".

Parts Used: L1 (4), L2 (4), M4 (2)

Step 20:

Use 4 screws "U" to fix the part "Y" in the four corners. Fix the part "X" with 6 screws "U".

Parts Used: Y (4), U (4), X (6), U (6) (Total U: 10)

Step 21:

The correct part location is shown in the figure below. Connecting 4 parts "M" and 4 parts "M1" by.

Connecting to parts "M3" with one part "J1".

Connecting 4 parts "N" and 4 parts "N1" by 4 parts "J".

Note: For part I, part J & part J1, please ensure that the narrow side is facing the sun.

Step 22:

The panel mounting method is as follows:

Place the part "M3" in the middle.

Place part "M" and part "M1" on the left side of each side of the roof.

Place part "N" and part "N1" to the right of each side of the roof.

Step 23:

The panel mounting method is as follows:

Parts Used: M5 (4), N5 (4), I1 (4), J2 (4)

Step 24:

The positions of parts "F", "F1", and "F2" are as follows.

Step 25:

Use 6 parts "X" and 6 screws "U" to fix parts "F" and "F2". Use 4 parts "Y" and 4 screws "U" to fix parts "F" and "F1".

Parts Used: X (6), U (6), F (4), F2 (2), Y (4), U (4), F (4), F1 (4) (Total U: 10)

Step 26:

Assembly involves parts Z, Y1, C, C1, B, B1, U.

Step 27:

Hang part "W" and part "W1" on part "Z", with 8 holes on the long side and 6 holes on the short side. Use parts V2 or V4 for fixing.

Notice: After installing parts "W" and "W1", fix them to part "A".
