Environmental Protection

In accordance with the European Union directive, electronic waste must not be disposed of with other municipal waste. Waste must be collected and recycled separately at designated points. Proper disposal helps prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health. The collection system for used equipment complies with local environmental regulations regarding waste disposal. Detailed information on this topic can be obtained from the municipality, the waste treatment plant, or the store where you purchased the product.

The product complies with the requirements of the European Union (EU) so-called New Approach Directives, which address issues related to safety of use, health protection, and environmental protection, defining hazards to be identified and eliminated.

The device is equipped with a rechargeable battery whose physical and chemical structure ages over time and with use. The manufacturer specifies the maximum operating time of the device under laboratory conditions, where the device's optimal operating conditions are met and the battery itself is new and fully charged. In reality, the operating time may differ from the recommended time, and this is not a defect of the device, but a characteristic of the product.

This document is a translation of the original user manual prepared by the manufacturer.

The product must be regularly maintained (cleaned) by the user, or by a specialized service at the user's expense. If the user manual does not contain information on the necessary cyclical maintenance or service operations, the physical condition of the product should be regularly evaluated, at least once a week, for any deviation from a physically new product. If any deviations are detected or found, maintenance (cleaning) or service measures must be taken urgently. Failure to perform proper maintenance (cleaning) and to react to detected deviations can lead to permanent damage to the product. The guarantor is not responsible for damages resulting from negligence.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing a product distributed by INNPRO. We hope you will find our product useful in the future. It is unlikely that the product will require repair during use, but if it does, you can directly contact the seller (distributor) for assistance. To avoid inconvenience, please read the user manual carefully before contacting the distributor.

Warranty Conditions

Regarding the Products, the owner of the product may enforce warranty claims under the warranty conditions recorded here, provided that they qualify as a consumer ("a natural person acting outside their trade, business, or profession"). The warranty claim can be enforced against the seller (distributor) at any time during the warranty period by presenting the original Warranty Card.

Exclusions and Limitations

The importer does not warrant the quality, performance, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the product or any software part of its accessories. The seller (distributor) is exempt from warranty obligations if the seller (distributor) or the service authorized to perform warranty repairs proves that the defect occurred after delivery.

Legal Warranty

Products purchased in Hungary and distributed by a distributor under a consumer contract are subject to mandatory legal warranty based on Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.), the duration of which is calculated from the date of delivery of the product or its commissioning by the seller or with the seller's involvement:

  • 1 year for a sales price of 10,000 HUF up to 100,000 HUF.
  • 2 years for a sales price exceeding 100,000 HUF up to 250,000 HUF.
  • 3 years for a sales price exceeding 250,000 HUF.

Failure to meet these deadlines results in loss of rights.

The legal warranty is borne by the seller (distributor) who directly sold the product to you. According to Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.) § 4 (2), improper issuance of the warranty card or failure to provide the warranty card to the consumer does not affect the validity of the warranty. Claims enforced based on an improperly issued warranty card must be fulfilled by the seller (distributor). The enforcement of rights arising from the Legal Warranty does not require the consumer to return the opened packaging of the product. The provisions of this Warranty Card do not affect the consumer's rights derived from law.

Rights to be Enforced Under Legal Warranty

In case of a defect within the warranty period, the consumer may choose to:

  1. Demand repair or replacement, unless the fulfillment of the chosen warranty claim is impossible, or if it would result in disproportionate additional costs for the distributor compared to the fulfillment of another warranty claim, taking into account the value of the product in its flawless state, the severity of the breach of contract, and the interest caused to the entitled party by the fulfillment of the accessory warranty right;
  2. Demand a proportionate price reduction, or - if the distributor has not undertaken the repair or replacement, or has failed to fulfill this obligation within a reasonable deadline, or if the entitled party's interest in repair or replacement has ceased - withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal is not possible for minor defects.

The distributor - in the absence of a different agreement with the consumer - is obliged to replace the product within eight (8) days if:

  1. During the legal warranty period, upon the first repair of the product, it is determined that the product cannot be repaired; or
  2. The product malfunctions again after three (3) repairs; or
  3. The repair of the product is not carried out within thirty (30) days from the communication of the repair request, calculated from the unsuccessful expiry of the thirty-day deadline.

If the product cannot be replaced as per the above, the seller (distributor) shall refund the purchase price indicated on the document proving the payment of the product's value to the consumer within eight (8) days.

Repair or replacement must be carried out - considering the characteristics of the product and the purpose expected by the entitled party - within a reasonable deadline, while protecting the consumer's interests. The obligor of the warranty must strive to ensure that the repair or replacement is completed within a maximum of 15 days. The consumer must report their warranty claim directly to the seller (distributor) without delay after detecting the defect. If the consumer enforces a replacement claim within three working days from the purchase (commissioning) due to a product defect, the seller (distributor) cannot invoke disproportionate additional costs, but is obliged to replace the consumer product, provided that the defect prevents its intended use.

Within the warranty period, warranty repair work may only be carried out by the designated service, based on a valid Warranty Card. For all warranty repairs, check that the repair slips are properly filled out. Only new parts may be installed in the product during repair. If the repair is not carried out by the designated workshop, or if they do not undertake the repair, the consumer may have the product repaired elsewhere at the expense of the warranty obligor. Reimbursement of repair costs requires proper invoicing. The warranty claim restarts for the part of the item affected by replacement or repair.

Common Rules for Warranty

If the product (from the date of first purchase as new) malfunctions within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects or improper material application during manufacturing, the importer's official device service within the Warranty area will repair it free of charge, or replace the product or its defective part, provided that the conditions and limitations written in this Warranty Card apply to the defective part and the Contractual Warranty is valid. Ownership of all replaced products or parts transfers to the party performing the replacement.

Warranty is only valid within the warranty period, upon delivery of the defective product, and presentation of the original document proving the purchase, containing the date of purchase, model type, and the name of the selling distributor (warranty card, or invoice or receipt in its absence) in legible and undamaged condition. Otherwise, the importer's official device service may refuse free warranty service.

The warranty is not valid for products where the type or serial number has been altered, deleted, removed, or made illegible.

Repairs/Replacements Under Warranty

Please carefully check that the warranty card is properly filled out at the time of purchase, and keep the warranty card carefully. Replacement of a lost warranty card is only possible upon credible proof of the date of sale (e.g., invoice with date and stamp, sales receipt). Any repair, deletion, overwriting, or entry of false data on the warranty card invalidates the warranty card.

To avoid loss/damage of removable data storage devices from the product, please remove them before submitting the product for repair.

The warranty does not cover shipping costs and risks related to shipping the defective product to the importer or the importer's official device service, or shipping by a non-importer designated carrier.

The manufacturer may provide additional warranty for the product specified in this warranty card, the conditions of which - depending on the product - are contained in the User Manual attached to the purchased product and/or on the manufacturer's official website. The consumer can report their warranty claim related to the product beyond the mandatory warranty period at the representative points designated by the manufacturer.

In case of a dispute, the consumer may also initiate proceedings before the conciliation body operating alongside the county (capital) chambers of commerce and industry.
