Assembly
The fan is delivered unassembled. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not connect to the mains supply before complete assembly.
- Remove the device from its packaging and remove any stickers that may hinder normal operation.
- Place the power cord between the base halves. Align the guides on one half with the holes on the other and secure with latches.
- Securely attach the assembled base to the bottom of the fan body using four screws (or a nut, depending on the kit). Secure the power cord in the base channel using the plastic retainer and two screws.
Using the Appliance
Control Panel Buttons
- Power: Turns the fan on/off.
- OSC (Oscillation): Turns the oscillation function on/off.
- Mode: Selects the airflow mode: Comfort (constant airflow), Natural (simulated breeze), Sleep (gradual speed change).
- Speed: Selects the fan speed.
- Timer: Sets the auto-off timer up to 7.5 hours.
Indicator Lights
- 4H, 2H, 1H, 0.5H: Indicate the set timer duration (up to 7.5 hours total).
- OSC: Indicates the oscillation function is active.
- Speed Indicators: Indicate the selected fan speed (minimum, medium, maximum).
Comfort Modes
- Natural: Simulates a natural breeze with varying airflow speeds.
- Sleep: Provides a gentle airflow that gradually decreases and increases.
Remote Control
The remote control operates the fan functions: Power (On/Off), Speed, OSC (Oscillation), Timer, and Mode. Ensure the battery (CR2025) is correctly inserted and any protective film is removed. Remove the battery if the remote will not be used for an extended period.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Use a soft cloth dampened with soapy water to clean the fan blades and housing. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or allow water to enter the motor housing.
- For seasonal storage, cover the fan with its original carton.
