reComputer Industrial Assembly Guide

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the reComputer Industrial.

Step 1: Identify Components

Step 2: Remove Bottom Screws

Remove the four screws from the bottom of the reComputer Industrial.

Step 3: Remove Side Panels

Remove the two side panels from the reComputer Industrial.

Step 4: Remove Rear Case

Remove the rear case of the reComputer Industrial.

Step 5: Remove Carrier Board Screws

Remove the four fixing screws securing the carrier board.

Step 6: Install/Replace Modules

SSD Installation/Replacement

If you need to replace the SSD, remove the screws and gently remove the SSD module.

Mini PCIE Module Installation

For module installation:

  • LoRaWAN® Module: Insert the LoRaWAN® module into the Mini PCIE interface (lower interface) and lock it with two screws (diagram shows 4x2 screws).
  • 4G/5G Module: Insert the 4G/5G module into the M.2 Key B interface (upper interface) and lock it with one screw (diagram shows 5x1 screws).

Note: Only one module can be installed at a time on these two interfaces.

Step 7: Install Carrier Board

Install the carrier board and lock it with four screws.

Step 8: Install Rear Case

Install the rear case.

Step 9: Install Side Panels

Install the two side panels.

Step 10: Secure Assembly

Lock the assembly with four screws.

Step 11: Final Check

Ensure all components are securely fastened.
