Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7, Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, and Galaxy S25 Series Smartphone Promotion: Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer of the Promotion

The promotion titled "Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, and Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Smartphone Promotion" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is organized by Samsung Electronics Magyar Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (branch and correspondence address: 1138 Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2. 7. em.; company registration number: 16-10-001767; tax number: 10276451-2-16; contact: https://www.samsung.com/hu/support/email/) (hereinafter: "Organizer").

The Organizer informs participants that the general terms and conditions found at https://www.samsung.com/hu/estore-gtc apply to purchases made directly through the Organizer's own webshop, i.e., the website https://www.samsung.com/hu, and through the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App.

2. Conditions for Participation

Participation in the Promotion is exclusively for natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and have a Hungarian residential or temporary address (hereinafter: "Participant"). Participants must be actively subscribed to the Organizer's marketing communications newsletters via the Samsung Webshop or the Organizer's Samsung Shop App during the period specified in section 4.1. of these Terms and Conditions, and must avail the discount (hereinafter: "Discount") specified in Annex 1 of these Terms and Conditions.

The products eligible for the promotion are referred to as "Promotional Products" or individually as "Promotional Product". Purchases must be made through the Organizer's own webshop (https://www.samsung.com/hu) or the Organizer's Samsung Shop App.

If a Participant is a natural person with limited legal capacity who is at least 18 years of age, they may only use the Discounts together with their legal representative, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

If a Participant is a person with limited legal capacity who is at least 18 years of age, only their legal representative can act on their behalf, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

3. Subject of the Promotion

Within the framework of this Promotion, Participants can avail the following discounts:

• Participants are entitled to redeem a maximum of three (3) Discounts within the scope of this Promotion, which may include price discounts (hereinafter: "Price Discount") under the conditions and during the period specified in Annex 1.
• The percentage-based Price Discount is always deducted from the end-user price of the Promotional Product.
• Discounts within this Promotion can be combined. Each Participant is entitled to a maximum of three (3) Discounts during the Promotion Period.
• The Promotion is valid only for purchases made through the Samsung Webshop and the Samsung Shop App. It cannot be combined with other promotions, price discounts, or other special offers and discount codes. The Organizer explicitly states that the Discounts provided by this Promotion are only valid for purchases made directly through the website operated by the Organizer (https://www.samsung.com/hu) and the Shop App. Therefore, webshops operated by Strong&Unique Kft. (https://www.ses.hu) and BRAVOPHONE Kft. (https://www.sestore.hu) are not included in this Promotion.
• Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The Organizer explicitly informs Participants that if a Participant purchases Promotional Products under a promotional offer where they received a discount based on the quantity or total value of the purchased Promotional Products, and the Participant withdraws from the contract for some of the Promotional Products, the Organizer will refund the corresponding part of the purchase price paid by the Participant as if the Participant had purchased the Promotional Products at the original price without the discount, provided that the withdrawal means the Participant's purchase no longer meets the promotion's conditions under which the Organizer agreed to provide the discount.

4. Duration of the Promotion

The Promotion runs from July 25, 2025, 00:00:00 to August 31, 2025, 23:59:59, or until the stock of Promotional Products lasts, or until withdrawn (hereinafter the period for notification of the Discount Code and the period for redemption of the Discount Code together: "Promotion Period"), which consists of the following two periods:

• Discount Code Notification Period: If the Participant is actively subscribed to the Organizer's marketing communications newsletters between July 25, 2025, and August 31, 2025, they will receive a Discount Code, which will be sent to the Participant via a marketing communication email from the Organizer (hereinafter: "Discount Code Notification Period").
• Discount Code Redemption Period: The Participant can redeem the Discount Code between July 25, 2025, and August 31, 2025, in the Samsung Webshop or the Organizer's Samsung Shop App for the purchase of Promotional Products specified in Annex 1 (hereinafter: "Discount Code Redemption Period").

The Organizer can only provide the Promotion during the Promotion Period, or until the stock of Promotional Products available in the Samsung Webshop and the Organizer's Samsung Shop App is depleted, or until withdrawal.

5. Taxes, Costs

Any tax liability related to the Discounts shall be borne by the Organizer. The Organizer shall have no further obligations beyond providing the Discounts and settling their tax implications.

6. Personal Data

Participants can find information about the Organizer's general data processing activities and data processing activities related to purchases in the Samsung Webshop and the Shop App at the following link: https://www.samsung.com/hu/helyi-adatkezelesi-tajekoztato/.

The Organizer informs Participants that, in addition to the data specified in the Data Processing Notices for the Samsung Webshop and the Shop App, the Organizer does not process any further personal data in connection with this Promotion.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

The Organizer assumes no liability for any failure or delay in providing the Discounts, or for any damage incurred during their transfer, if such failure, delay, or damage is outside the Organizer's control.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion without justification, including its termination. The Organizer will publish information regarding any modifications through the same channels as other Promotion announcements, and any modifications will be effective from the date of notification. Following any modification, Participants will retain their rights acquired up to the date of modification without prejudice. Before participating in the Promotion, please carefully read these terms and conditions, paying particular attention to any modifications, to ensure you are always aware of the Promotion's terms. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. The limitations of liability and exclusions of liability related to the Promotion apply to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

The Organizer disclaims any liability for any external attacks, such as SQL attacks, targeting the Samsung Webshop, the Shop App, or the server operating them. Therefore, if Participants receive erroneous system messages related to the Promotion due to an attack on the Samsung Webshop, Shop App, or server, the Organizer shall not be liable.

The Organizer disclaims liability for any malfunction of the Samsung Webshop, the Shop App, or the ability to redeem Discounts due to reasons beyond its control, during which the website is unavailable or its functionality is limited. However, the Organizer will take all necessary measures promptly to identify and rectify the cause of the error.

The Organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude any Participant from the Promotion if any manipulation (computer-related), mass generation of email addresses, or behavior that is incompatible with or violates the spirit of the Promotion is detected or reasonably suspected.

If the Participant closes the browser window before finalizing the purchase, or if the connection to the hosting website is interrupted for any reason, the Organizer shall not be liable for the loss of data.

The Organizer cannot be held liable for the incorrect announcement of the Promotion if it occurs due to reasons beyond its control and without its approval.

Furthermore, the Organizer shall not be liable for any non-pecuniary, indirect, or consequential damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Participant or third parties in connection with or arising from these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, data loss, loss of revenue, loss of profit, lost earnings, damage to commercial reputation, or claims from third parties.

The Hungarian laws shall govern these Terms and Conditions, and any legal disputes arising in connection with participation in the Promotion shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Hungarian law, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision (to the extent it is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable) shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The Participant and the Organizer shall make every reasonable effort to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable (severed) provision with a valid, lawful, and enforceable provision that achieves the intended legal effect of the severed provision to the greatest extent possible.
