Signal Pillars – Plug-and-play or individually configurable
Rittal's signal pillars offer a flexible solution for identifying malfunctions and operating statuses in machines and automated processes. The range includes plug-and-play and modular systems to suit all applications.
Plug-and-play system
The 3-way LED signal system is ideal for applications requiring three standard signal colors. It offers a complete plug-and-play solution with a long service life of up to 100,000 hours for the LEDs, minimizing maintenance.

Modular system
For specific applications requiring individual combinations of up to five different signal colors, the configurable modular system is the answer. Choose from five optical components and four acoustic components, each available in 24 V AC/DC or 230 V.
Optical components for signal pillar, modular:
Features 360° signal transmission thanks to an optimized prism system. Supports up to 5 components with identical voltage. Available in Red, Green, Yellow, Clear, and Blue.
Acoustic components for signal pillar, modular:
Available for indicating warnings or malfunctions. Options include a continuous tone or pulsating sound at 105 dB, or adjustable volume with a choice of 8 sounds at 102 dB. Available in 24 V AC/DC and 230 V.
Connection components:
Available for conduit mounting (Model No. 2368.001) and wall/base mounting (Model No. 2368.002). These feature screwless spring terminals and offer contact hazard protection to VDE for voltages from 12-230 V AC/DC. The enclosure is made of Polyamide.
Label panel:
For adding texts on up to 5 optical components, with break points for unused fields. Size: 50 x 150 mm. Includes clamping section for base/conduit with Ø 25 mm. Material: Acrylic, transparent (Model No. 2374.150).

Mounting components for wall/base mounting:

Mounting components for support arm systems:
For external mounting of a signal pillar on the plastic cover of support arm components. Various angle pieces, couplings, and hinges are available for support arm systems CP 40, CP 60, CP 120, and CP 180.
