Modular Cable Glands
Flexible sealing system with minimal assembly time.
The modular cable gland system offers high flexibility for introducing both pre-assembled and non-assembled cables with or without connectors. Depending on the cable cross-section, appropriate modules can be selected to maintain a high IP 66 degree of protection even after cable entry.
In the flange plate version, mixed use with standard cable glands is also possible. This provides the option to safely introduce cables that are already fitted with connectors. The flange plate version is available in seven different sizes. The system can be used as a sealing frame on all sufficiently large surfaces.

Modular Cable Gland as Flange Plate for AX

Modular Cable Gland as Sealing Frame for AX, KX
The sealing frame allows for quick, simple, and secure cable entry on sufficiently large surfaces of the enclosure. It can also be mounted on 24-pin or 16-pin connector cut-outs.

Locking Clip for Sealing Inserts
For modular cable glands. Locking clips ensure the secure holding of sealing inserts and protect against unintentional insertion into the enclosure.

Plastic Flange Plates
For modular cable glands, with metric pre-molded openings, for AX. Simply break out the plastic in the pre-molded openings and thread the cable through. Additional rectangular cut-outs and reinforcing frames allow direct mounting of the modular cable gland.

EMC Cable Gland
The cable shield can either be interrupted at the contact point or completely removed in the enclosure. The cable shielding in the enclosure remains intact. The locknut, which is part of the delivery, cuts into the paint layer of the surfaces when tightened, creating a conductive connection.
