Rittal offers a flexible signal tower program for every application, enabling prompt recognition of faults and operational states in machines and automated processes.
Situational Selection
For basic needs, the pre-assembled 3-stage LED signal system is ideal, featuring three standard signal colors.
When up to five different signal colors are required in a specific combination for specialized applications, the configurable modular system can be utilized. This system offers five optical elements and four acoustic elements, available in 24 V AC/DC or 230 V. A labeling plate allows for clear identification of up to five optical elements.
Available Elements:
- Optical Elements: Red, Green, Yellow, Clear, Blue
- Acoustic Elements: Available in 24 V AC/DC and 230 V, with options for continuous or pulsed tones, and adjustable volume/tones.
Application-Specific Mounting
Rittal provides extensive accessories for application-specific mounting requirements, ensuring maximum flexibility. This includes options for wall or base mounting, on flat surfaces, or angled on support arm systems.
Mounting Options:
- For pipe mounting: Base with integrated pipe, individual bases, individual pipes (250 mm, 400 mm), and angle brackets for pipe mounting.
- For support arm systems: Various mounting elements and angle pieces for CP 40, CP 60, CP 120, and CP 180 systems.
- For wall/base mounting: Mounting elements and angle brackets for side cable entry.
