Signature Design by Ashley B733 Series Bed Assembly Instructions

This document provides essential safety information and assembly instructions for the Signature Design by Ashley B733 series beds, covering models B733-77, B733-74, B733-78, B733-76, B733-95, B733-98, and B733-99.

Important Safety Notice

Always use the proper tools and follow assembly steps in order. Check all packing materials for loose small parts. Contact the retailer for missing parts; do not use substitute parts. Periodically check that all connectors are tight. Keep instructions for future reference. Exercise extreme caution when handling glass or mirrors, as breakage can cause severe injury. Never handle large glass or mirror pieces alone. When assembling products with electrical cords, ensure the cord is unplugged before assembly and avoid twisting it during the process. Do not stand on lower shelves when assembling upper shelves; use a step ladder. Do not stand on tables, as they are not designed to support human weight. If assembly requires two or more people, do not attempt it alone due to the risk of injury.

Note: Tool not included.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble the main frame. Ensure all bolts are started before tightening any of them. This step may require two or more people. Attach components A, P, N, and X2 as shown in the diagram.

Step 2: Attach component B to the frame. Ensure the correct orientation as indicated by the arrows.

Step 3: Connect component E to the frame. Use fasteners P and L as shown. Ensure proper alignment.

Step 4: Attach the drawer unit to the main frame. Follow the diagram for correct placement.

Step 5: Assemble the headboard and attach it to the bed frame. Use fasteners G as shown.

Step 6: Install the cross-slat support system. Attach components M, R, P, and Z as indicated. Ensure the adjustable levelers on the bottom of the cross-slat support legs are set with approximately 6mm space between the leveler and the floor.

Step 7: Final check of all connections. Ensure all parts are securely fastened.

Note: Always disassemble the bed prior to moving it to a new location.
