Important Safety Notice
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BEGINNING ASSEMBLY!
- Always use proper tools.
- Follow the assembly steps in order. Do not skip any steps.
- Be sure to check all packing materials carefully for small parts may have come loose inside the carton during shipment. If parts are missing, contact the retailer from which you purchased the product to obtain any missing parts. DO NOT USE SUBSTITUTE PARTS.
- Periodically check to ensure that all connectors (bolts, screws, etc.) are tight.
- Keep the instructions for future reference.
- Some assembly may involve attaching glass or mirrors. Be very careful handling the glass or mirrors, as severe injury may result if the glass or mirror breaks. Never handle large pieces of glass or mirrors by yourself.
- When assembling products that have electric cords (lamps, light, etc.), always (1) make sure the electrical cord is unplugged before assembly and (2) be careful not to twist the electrical cord during assembly.
- When assembling shelves or entertainment centers, do not stand on lower shelves in order to assemble upper shelves - use a step ladder.
- Do not stand on tables, including but not limited to, end tables, coffee tables, and dinner tables, as tables are not to support the weight of a person.
- Where assembly instructions state that the assembly requires two or more people, do not attempt by yourself as there is a risk of injury.

Assembly Instructions
NOTE: UNIT SHOULD BE ASSEMBLED BY TWO OR MORE PEOPLE. DO NOT TIGHTEN ANY BOLTS UNTIL ALL BOLTS HAVE BEEN STARTED!

Step 1
Attach side panels (W, AA, Z) to the base panel (Y). Use screws (A) with washers (D, C) and tighten with tool (F). Note: Some connections may require 4 screws (X4 indicated in diagram).

Step 2
Attach the assembled base structure to the side panels. Use screws (B) with washers (C, D) and tighten with tool (F). Note: Some connections may require 4 screws (X4 indicated in diagram).

Step 3
Install drawer slides (M) onto the main unit. Attach drawer fronts (N) to drawers (P). Use screws (G) and tool (F). Note: This step involves installing 8 drawer components (X8 indicated in diagram).

Step 4
Attach the side rails (AB) to the headboard panel (AC). Use connectors (J, H) and tool (K). Note: This step involves 8 connectors (X8 indicated in diagram).

Step 5
Connect the assembled side rails (AB) to the headboard panel (AC). Use connectors (J, H) and tool (K). Note: This step involves 8 connectors (X8 indicated in diagram).

Step 6
Attach supports (T) to the frame. Use screws (F) with washers (D, C, E). Note: This step involves 5 supports (X5 indicated in diagram).

Step 7
Attach the footboard panel (AD) to the frame. Use screws (F) with washers (D, C, E). Note: This step involves 5 screws (X5 indicated in diagram).

Step 8
Attach the support bar (AF) to the frame. Use screws (F) with washers (D, C, B). Note: This step involves 2 screws (X2 indicated in diagram).
Attach supports (U) to the frame. Note: This step involves 2 supports (X2 indicated in diagram).

Step 9
Assemble the slat system (AE). Attach supports (R) and (S) to the slat roll (AE). Note: This step involves 6 supports (R) (X6 indicated in diagram) and 1 support (S) (X1 indicated in diagram).

This step shows a visual representation of the assembly progress after Step 1 and Step 2.

Step 11
Install the drawers (P) into their designated slots. Arrows indicate pushing the drawers in.

Step 12A (For models -98 & -99)
Attach corner brackets (AG) to the frame. Use screws (L). Note: This step involves 26 screws (X26 indicated in diagram) for the frame and 4 screws (X4 indicated in diagram) for the brackets.

Step 12B (For model -95)
Attach corner brackets (AG) to the frame. Use screws (L). Note: This step involves 4 screws (X4 indicated in diagram).
