Warranty Policy

Infrared Universal Remote Control's after-sales services are strictly subject to Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality, with after-sales three guarantees as follows:

1. If this product has any performance fault within 7 days after you have signed for the reception of the product, you are eligible for free return or exchange services.
2. If this product has any performance faults within 8 to 15 days after you have signed for the reception of the product, you are eligible for free exchange or repair services.
3. If this product has any performance faults within 12 months after you have signed for the reception of the product, you are eligible for free repair services.

Non-Warranty Policy

1. Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid inlet, incident, modification, and incorrect use, third-party accessories, tearing or altering label or anti-fake label;
2. The term of validity for three guarantees has expired;
3. Damages caused by force majeure;
4. Other damages or faults due to design, technology, production, or quality issues that are not the product's own fault.

Third-Party Control

Users can integrate the Infrared Universal Remote Control with various third-party platforms and services.

• Click the "..." button on the top right corner of the device's control page to view supported third-party control options.
• Connect to Infrared Universal Remote Control by referring to the configuration of the control platform.

Supported voice assistants and platforms include: Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Tmall Genie (天猫精灵).

Compatible with ecosystems: Rokid, DUEROS, Tencent Cloud (腾讯云), JD Smart (京东微联).

Product Introduction

Users can design and achieve intelligent application scenes for common appliances with the Infrared Universal Remote Control.

Preparation for Use

1. Connect the device to the power supply and ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Download and open the "Smart Life" App: Search for "Smart Life" in your device's app store or scan the QR code provided on the product packaging or in this manual to download and install the application.
3. If this is your first time using the app, press the "Register" button to create an account. If you already have an account, press the "Login" button.

Network Access Setting

1. Open the "My Home" page within the Smart Life App and click the "+" button in the top right corner.
2. Click the "All devices" button in the top right corner, then select "Infrared Universal Remote Control".
3. Press and hold the reset button for at least 5 seconds until the network configuration indicator blinks. Follow the on-screen instructions in the App to add the device.
4. Once added, the device will appear on the "My family" list.

Manual Folding Instructions

Technical Requirements for Manual Production

The following specifications apply to the production of this manual:

• Text and patterns are to be printed in dark gray, referencing Pantone Cool Gray 8 C as per customer samples.
• The manual must be double-sided printed, ensuring all text content is clear, neat, and free from skewing or ghosting.
• A single manual is to be placed within the individual packaging box of the universal remote control.
• The manual's folding method must adhere to the accordion four-fold requirement.
