FAQ
Q: Why are temperature and humidity readings more accurate after 30 minutes of Wi-Fi configuration?
A: After Wi-Fi configuration, the device calibrates to the ambient environment, leading to more accurate readings over approximately 30 minutes.
Q: How does the screen display update when the backlight is off or triggered?
A: When the backlight is off, the screen shows real-time temperature and humidity. Updates occur immediately if the ambient temperature changes by ≥0.3°C or humidity by >3%. Otherwise, synchronization takes 1 minute. When the backlight is triggered, screen readings are locked for 2 minutes. Subsequent triggers within this period extend the lock up to 15 minutes. The display returns to normal after the lock period ends.
Q: Can I control the AC with the touch buttons when the Smart AC Controller is offline?
A: Yes, after successfully matching the AC buttons and downloading the code library via the app, you can still control the AC using the touch buttons on the screen even when the device is offline.
