Assembling Your Phone
1. Attach the stand
Visual description: Two diagrams showing how to attach the stand to the back of the phone, allowing it to be propped up on a desk.
2. Connect cables
Visual description: A diagram illustrating cable connections. It shows the phone connecting to a PC (optional) and to a power source, either via an AC adapter or a PoE Hub/Switch. The diagram also shows the handset connected to the phone.

Safety Instructions
Save these instructions. Read these safety instructions before use! The following basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and other personal injury.
General Requirements
- Before installing and using the device, read safety instructions carefully and observe the situation during operation.
- Keep the device dry and clean during storage, transportation, and operation.
- Avoid collision and crash of the device during storage, transportation, and operation.
- Do not dismantle the device yourself. Contact an appointed maintenance center for repair if any discrepancy occurs.
- Without prior written consent, no organization or individual is permitted to change the device's structure or safety design. Yealink is not liable for consequences or legal issues caused by such changes.
- Refer to relevant laws and statutes when using the device. Respect the legal rights of others.
Environmental Requirements
- Place the device in a well-ventilated place. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight.
- Keep the device dry and free of dust.
- Place the device on a stable and level platform.
- Do not place heavy objects on the device to prevent damage or deformation.
- Keep at least 10 cm between the device and the closest object for heat dissipation.
- Do not place the device on or near inflammable or fire-vulnerable objects, such as rubber-made materials.
- Keep the device away from heat sources or open flames, such as candles or electric heaters.
- Keep the device away from household appliances with strong magnetic or electromagnetic fields, such as microwave ovens or refrigerators.
Operating Requirements
- Do not let a child operate the device without guidance.
- Do not let a child play with the device or accessories to prevent accidental swallowing.
- Use only accessories provided or authorized by the manufacturer.
- The device's power supply must meet the input voltage requirements. Use the provided surge protection power socket only.
- Ensure hands are completely dry before plugging or unplugging any cable.
- Do not spill liquids on the product or use the equipment near water (e.g., near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, wet basement, or swimming pool).
- Do not tread on, pull, or over-bend any cable to prevent device malfunction.
- During a thunderstorm, stop using the device and disconnect it from the power supply. Unplug the power plug and the ADSL twisted pair (radio frequency cable) to avoid lightning strikes.
- If the device is left unused for a long time, disconnect it from the power supply and unplug the power plug.
- If smoke, abnormal noise, or smell is emitted from the device, disconnect it from the power supply and unplug the power plug immediately. Contact the specified maintenance center for repair.
- Do not insert any object into equipment slots that is not part of the product or auxiliary product.
- Connect the grounding cable first before connecting any other cable. Do not disconnect the grounding cable until all other cables are disconnected.
Cleaning Requirements
- Before cleaning, stop using the device and disconnect it from the power supply.
- Use a soft, dry, and anti-static cloth to clean the device.
- Keep the power plug clean and dry. Using a dirty or wet power plug may lead to electric shock or other hazards.
Troubleshooting
Issue: The unit cannot supply power to Yealink device.
- Possible Cause: Bad connection with the plug.
- Solution: 1. Clean the plug with a dry cloth. 2. Connect it to another wall outlet.
Issue: The usage environment is out of operating temperature range.
- Solution: Use the device within the operating temperature range.
Issue: The cable between the unit and the Yealink device is connected incorrectly.
- Solution: Connect the cable correctly.
Issue: You cannot connect the cable properly.
- Possible Cause: 1. You may have connected a wrong Yealink device. 2. Use the correct power supply.
Issue: Some dust, etc., may be in the port.
- Solution: Clean the port.
