General Requirements

• Do not attempt to dismantle the device yourself. Contact an appointed maintenance center for repair.

Environmental Requirements

• Do not spill liquid on the product or use near water (e.g., bathtub, sink, wet basement, swimming pool).
• Do not tread on, pull, or over-bend any cable, as this may cause malfunction.
• During thunderstorms, stop using the device and disconnect it from the power supply. Unplug the power plug and the ADSL twisted pair cable to avoid lightning strike.
• If the device is unused for a long period, disconnect it from the power supply and unplug the power plug.
• If smoke, abnormal noise, or smell is emitted, disconnect the device from the power supply and unplug the power plug immediately. Contact the specified maintenance center for repair.
• Do not insert any object into equipment slots that is not part of the product or auxiliary product.
• Connect the grounding cable first before connecting any other cable. Do not disconnect the grounding cable until all other cables are disconnected.

Cleaning Requirements

• Before cleaning, stop using the device and disconnect it from the power supply.
• Use a soft, dry, anti-static cloth for cleaning.
• Keep the power plug clean and dry. A dirty or wet power plug may lead to electric shock or other perils.

Environmental Recycling

Do not dispose of the device with domestic waste. Consult your local council for environmentally friendly disposal methods. Cardboard, plastic packaging, and player components may be recycled according to prevailing regulations.

Troubleshooting

• Unit cannot supply power to Yealink device / Bad connection with the plug: Clean the plug with a dry cloth. Connect to another wall outlet.
• Usage environment out of operating temperature range: Use within the operating temperature range.
• Cable between unit and Yealink device connected incorrectly: Connect the cable correctly.
• Cannot connect cable properly: Ensure you have the correct Yealink device and power supply. Clean the port if dusty.
