Getting Started and Basic Operations
Phone Web Interface
Access the phone's IP address via a web browser to configure settings. Default login is 'admin/admin'. A SIP account configuration is required.
Language Setting
Navigate to Menu > 3 Settings > 1 Basic Settings > 7 Language to select the desired language.
Making a Call
- Pre-dialling: Enter number, then pick up handset.
- Direct dialling: Lift handset, then enter number.
- Handsfree: Enter number, then press ? (or vice versa).
- Headset: Enter number, then press ? (or vice versa).
Accepting a Call
- Handset: Pick up handset.
- Headset: Press ?.
- Handsfree: Press ?.
Putting a Call on Hold
Press ⏸️ or the Hold soft key. To retrieve, press again or the Resume soft key. For multiple calls, select the call using navigation keys and then use the corresponding soft key.
3-Party Conference
- Connect with the first caller. Press ? or the Conf soft key to put them on hold.
- Call the second number.
- Once the second call is established, press ? or the Conf soft key to start the conference.
Call Transfer
- Attended Transfer: Press ➡️ or Transfer soft key. The call is put on hold. Dial the second number. When answered, press ➡️ or Transfer soft key to complete.
- Blind Transfer: Press Transfer soft key. The call is put on hold. Enter the second number and press ➡️ or Transfer soft key.
Keypad Lock
Long press the # key to lock the keypad. To unlock, enter the password (default: 123).
Call Forward
Navigate to Menu > 2 Features > 1 Call Forward. Select line, type, destination number, and status, then Save.
Call List
Access via ?, ⬆️ navigation key, or Menu > 6 Call Logs > 1 Local Call Logs. Scroll using navigation keys. Dial an entry by pressing Dial soft key, picking up the handset, or pressing ➡️.
Phonebook
- Access: Press ? or Dir soft key. Select Contacts or other phonebook. Dial an entry by pressing Dial soft key, handset, or ➡️.
- Add New Entry: Press ? or Dir soft key > 1 Contacts > Add. Enter name and number, then Save.
Speed Dial
To add a speed dial entry (0-9): Press ? or Dir > 6 Speed dial. Select key, edit name/number/account, then Save. To dial, press the digit; the name will appear. Press Dial.
Programmable Keys (DSS Keys)
Configure keys via the web interface or directly on the phone. Select a blank key, choose a function, value, and name, then Save. You can also configure shortcuts for navigation keys and soft keys in idle mode via Menu > 3 Settings > 1 Basic Settings > 1 Keyboard.
Redial
Press ?, select a call, and press Dial soft key, pick up handset, or press ➡️.
Do Not Disturb (DND)
Press the DND soft key or navigate to Menu > 2 Features > 5 DND. Select line and status, then Save.
Voice Mail
Access voicemail by pressing ✉️ or the designated key. The number of messages may be indicated by the provider. Select the line and press Dial to call.
