Assembly Steps
Step 1
Assemble the base structure. Take two side panels and one base panel. Insert 8x dowels (118331) into the designated holes on the base panel. Insert 8x screws (110519) into the corresponding holes on the side panels. Align the side panels with the base panel and secure them by screwing the screws into the dowels. A close-up view shows the correct insertion of dowels and screws.
Step 2
Assemble the second base structure. Take another base panel and two side panels. Insert 4x dowels (101345) into the base panel. Insert 4x screws (100481) into the side panels. Align the side panels with the base panel and secure them. A close-up view shows the correct insertion of dowels and screws.
Step 3
Attach a back panel. Take one of the assembled base structures. Insert 4x screws (101345) through the back edge of the side panels into the back panel. A close-up shows the screws being inserted.
Step 4
Slide the back panel into the grooves of the assembled structure. The panel is shown being pushed downwards into place.
Step 5
Connect a side panel. Insert 2x cam bolts (119252) into the designated holes on the edge of a side panel. Insert 2x cam locks (103114) into the corresponding holes on the main structure. Align the side panel and push it into place. Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure the panel. A close-up shows the cam bolt insertion and the cam lock operation.
Step 6
Attach horizontal supports. Take two horizontal support pieces. Insert 4x dowels (101350) into the ends of the support pieces. Insert 4x screws (101350) through the main structure into the support pieces. A close-up shows the dowels and screws.
Step 7
Insert vertical panels. Take two vertical panels and insert them into the assembled structure, aligning them with the pre-drilled holes. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.
Step 8
Secure vertical panels. Insert 2x cam bolts (119252) into the designated holes on the vertical panels. Insert 2x cam locks (103114) into the main structure. Align the panels and push them into place. Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure. A close-up shows the cam bolt and cam lock operation.
Step 9
Place the top panel. Position the top panel onto the assembled structure. An arrow indicates the downward placement.
Step 10
Secure the top panel. Insert 2x cam bolts (119252) into the designated holes on the top panel. Insert 2x cam locks (103114) into the main structure. Align the top panel and push it down. Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure. A close-up shows the cam bolt and cam lock operation.
Step 11
Attach another side panel. Insert 2x cam bolts (119252) into the designated holes on the edge of a side panel. Insert 2x cam locks (103114) into the main structure. Align the side panel and push it into place. Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure. A close-up shows the cam bolt and cam lock operation.
Step 12
Attach a bottom panel. Insert 4x screws (100481) and 2x dowels (101345) into the bottom panel. Align this panel with the main structure and secure it. A close-up shows the screws and dowels.
Step 13
Place the assembled drawer unit structure onto the main cabinet structure. An arrow indicates the downward placement.
Step 14
Secure the drawer unit structure to the main cabinet. Insert 4x cam bolts (119252) into the drawer unit structure. Insert 4x cam locks (103114) into the main cabinet. Align the drawer unit structure and push it into place. Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure. A close-up shows the cam bolt and cam lock operation.
Step 15
Attach the casters. Turn the assembled unit upside down. Place the 4 casters (115763) onto the designated mounting points on the bottom panel. Secure each caster using 4x screws (113213). A close-up shows the caster and screws being attached.
Step 16
Prepare drawer sides. Take a drawer side panel and a drawer runner support. Insert 2x dowels (101345) into the support. Insert 2x screws (118331) through the side panel into the support. A close-up shows the dowels and screws.
Step 17
Attach drawer runners. Take a drawer base panel. Insert 2x dowels (101345) into the base panel. Insert 2x screws (118331) through the drawer runners into the base panel.
Step 18
Insert vertical drawer panels. Take two vertical drawer side panels and insert them into the drawer base panel. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.
Step 19
Secure vertical drawer panels. Insert 2x cam bolts (119252) into the designated holes on the vertical drawer panels. Insert 2x cam locks (103114) into the drawer base. Align the panels and push them into place. Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure. A close-up shows the cam bolt and cam lock operation.
Step 20
Insert drawer back panel. Slide the drawer back panel into the grooves of the assembled drawer structure. An arrow indicates the downward placement.
Step 21
Secure drawer back panel. Insert 2x screws (110519) through the back of the drawer side panels into the drawer back panel. Use a hammer [hammer icon] to tap the screws in if necessary. A close-up shows the screws being driven.
Step 22
Attach drawer runners to the main unit. Take the main cabinet frame. Attach the drawer runners to the inside of the side panels using 6x screws (101345).
Step 23
Attach drawer runners to the drawer base. Take the assembled drawer base. Attach the drawer runners to the outside of the drawer base panel using 4x screws (118331).
Step 24
Insert vertical drawer panels. Take two vertical drawer side panels and insert them into the drawer base panel. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.
Step 25
Secure vertical drawer panels. Insert 2x cam bolts (119252) into the designated holes on the vertical drawer panels. Insert 2x cam locks (103114) into the drawer base. Align the panels and push them into place. Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure. A close-up shows the cam bolt and cam lock operation.
Step 26
Attach a horizontal support. Take a horizontal support piece. Insert 3x screws (101345) through the support piece into the vertical drawer panels.
Step 27
Insert drawer back panel. Slide the drawer back panel into the grooves of the assembled drawer structure. An arrow indicates the downward placement.
Step 28
Secure drawer back panel. Insert 2x cam bolts (119252) into the designated holes on the drawer back panel. Insert 2x cam locks (103114) into the drawer side panels. Align the panel and push it into place. Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure. A close-up shows the cam bolt and cam lock operation.
Step 29
Insert drawer back panel. Slide the drawer back panel into the grooves of the assembled drawer structure. An arrow indicates the downward placement.
Step 30
Place and secure the top panel. Position the top panel onto the assembled drawer structure. Secure it using 4x screws (110519). A close-up shows the screws being driven into the panel.
Step 31
Attach casters to the drawer unit. Attach the casters to the bottom of the assembled drawer unit using screws (Part 113213). A close-up shows the caster and screws being attached.
Step 32
Insert the drawer unit. Slide the assembled drawer unit into the main cabinet frame. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.
Step 33
Attach drawer fronts. Take a drawer front and align it with the drawer slides. Secure it using 2x screws (Part 105021). A close-up shows the screws being inserted.
