Assembly Instructions
To Assemble: Remove chassis fasteners connecting to the engine. Mount protectors on each side as shown in diagrams. Tighten securely and attach caps.
All replaced screws must be torqued according to the motorcycle's OEM maintenance manual. If specifications are unavailable, use 54 Nm for all M10 screws.
Apply a medium-strength liquid thread-locker (e.g., Loctite) to all screws, bolts, and nuts. Re-check all fastenings after the first 50 km to ensure proper tightness.
