• Ensure the supporting surface safely supports the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware.
• Use the provided mounting screws and DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
• This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep away from children.
• This product is intended for indoor use only.

IMPORTANT: Verify all parts are present according to the component checklist before installation. Contact your place of purchase for missing or faulty parts.

MAINTENANCE: Check that the product is secure and safe to use at regular intervals (at least every three months).

Installation Steps

Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. Desk Mounting Options

Clamp Installation:

Attach the clamp to the edge of your desk. Ensure the desk thickness is between 10-45mm.

Grommet Installation:

For desks with an existing through-hole (diameter 10-60mm, thickness 10-45mm), use the grommet mount.

2. Arm Assembly

Attach the main arm components (Parts A, B) to the desk mount (Part D or G) using the appropriate screws (e.g., M-B, M-D).

3. VESA Plate Attachment

Attach the VESA plates (Parts C, E) to your monitors using the provided VESA screws (M-A, M-C, M-E, M-F) and washers. Ensure correct screw length (too long, too short). The correct screw length is crucial for proper mounting.

4. Mounting Monitors

Mount the monitors with attached VESA plates onto the monitor arms. Secure them using the provided hardware.

5. Adjustments

Adjust the spring tension using the supplied Allen Key (Part I) to balance the arm with the monitors. Hold the arm horizontally while adjusting. If the arm drops, turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise. If the arm rises, turn it clockwise until it stays horizontal. CAUTION: Do not over-tighten screws.

Adjust tilt (±90°) and rotation (±180°) as needed. Tighten limiting screws if the display does not stop at the desired position, but do not over-tighten.

Monitor Compatibility Chart

The following chart indicates which screw sets are compatible with Pixio monitors. For non-Pixio brands, check your monitor's VESA hole depth and use the proper screw size.

*Use VESA plate adapter that comes with the monitor.
