Getting Started

Step 1: Power On

Press the Power button ( [power-icon] ) to turn on the detector.

Step 2: Select Prospecting Mode

Confirm Prospecting Mode ( [prospecting-T] ) is selected. ✔️

If Coin Mode ( [coin-mode] ) is selected, press the Mode button ( [mode-button-icon] ) to switch to gold Prospecting Mode ( [prospecting-T] ).

Step 3: Select All Metal Mode

Press the AM button ( [all-metal-AM] ) to select All Metal mode.

Step 4: Ground Balance

Press the Tracking button ( [tracking-icon] ) to select Tracking.

Confirm Tracking is selected.

Move the coil up and down until stable audio (?) is achieved.

Confirm all settings.

Start detecting.

Detecting Basics

Sweep Level: Maintain a consistent coil height above the ground.
Sweep Slowly: Move the coil at a slow, steady pace.
Overlap Sweep: Ensure sweeps overlap slightly for complete coverage.
Refill Hole: Ensure the hole is refilled after excavation.
Keep Metal Away From Coil: Ensure metal objects are not too close to the coil.
Move Apart: Keep metal objects away from the coil during operation.
Secure Cable to Shaft: Fasten the coil cable securely to the detector shaft.
Recommended Sweep Distance: A general guideline for effective operation is approximately 25 meters.

Troubleshooting

Factory Reset

To reset the detector, press and hold the Menu button ( [menu-icon] ), then press the Power button ( [power-icon] ). After factory reset, repeat steps 2, 3, and 4.
