RF Exposure Information (SAR)

This device complies with the specific absorption rate (SAR) limits for the general population/uncontrolled exposure (localized SAR value for 10 grams of head and trunk, limit: 2.0 W/kg) as defined in the Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC, ICNIRP guidelines, and the Radio Equipment Directive (RED, Directive 2014/53/EU).

During SAR testing, this device was set to transmit at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands and placed in positions that simulate RF exposure during use next to the head and 5 mm away from the body. Compliance with SAR limits for body-worn operation is based on a separation distance of 5 mm between the device and the human body. This device should be worn at a minimum distance of 5 mm from your body to ensure that the RF exposure level is in accordance with the reported level or lower. If you wear the device close to your body, you should use belt clips or holsters that do not contain metal parts and allow the device to be kept at a minimum distance of 5 mm from your body. RF exposure has not been tested or certified with body-worn accessories containing metal, so you should avoid using such accessories.

SAR Certification Information (Highest SAR Level)

SAR limit 10 g: 2.0 W/kg.

SAR value: Head: 0.897 W/kg, Body: 0.997 W/kg (5 mm distance).
