Intelbras SIM Next Password Recovery Tutorial

This tutorial is designed to make the password recovery process for the SIM Next software simpler and more intuitive. Our goal is to help you perform this procedure quickly and efficiently, following clear and objective steps.

This step-by-step password recovery should only be performed in cases where there is a linked Intelbras Account. Otherwise, it will be necessary to uninstall the software, excluding users, and install it again.

Step 1: Initiate Password Recovery

Upon opening the software, the following screen will appear:

Click on the option “Esqueceu a Senha?” (Forgot Password?).

Step 2: Intelbras Account Login

A web interface will open, requesting login to your Intelbras Account.

Click on "Aceitar" (Accept) to agree to the terms and continue.

Enter your Intelbras Account details and click "Entrar" (Enter).

Step 3: Account Linking Confirmation

Upon logging into your Intelbras Account, the following message will appear:

Click the "X" to close the browser.

Step 4: Set New SIM Next Password

After closing the browser, the following screen will appear in SIM NEXT:

Enter the new password in the "Senha" (Password) field, confirm it in the "Confirmar Senha" (Confirm Password) field, and click "Alterar" (Change).

Step 5: SIM Next Ready for Use

The Sim NEXT will then be ready for use:
