Key Tips
- Before inflating: Peg the corners first, ensuring the floor is flat and has tension between peg loops.
- Air tubes: Inflate to the correct pressure using the pump's gauge (7-9 PSI). Adjust for weather conditions (7 PSI for hot, 9 PSI for cool/windy).
- Air pressure loss: Check valve is screwed in, not cross-threaded, and the flap is unobstructed.
- Condensation: Flick inside of the cover a few times to remove water from the mesh panel before opening in rain or dew.
- Deflating: Open windows and lay covers flat to speed up air escape. Open all isolation taps before deflating.
- Guy ropes: Do not over-tension; they should be taught but not distort the tent shape.
- Internal windows: Can be half-opened for airflow and privacy. Fold panels between lower cover and mesh.

Pitching Instructions
- Test Run: Practice pitching at home.
- Pick A Site: Choose a sheltered, flat area free from sharp objects. Position the front door away from prevailing wind. Avoid pitching under trees.
- Ground Sheet: Use a Zempire® Ground Sheet to protect the tent floor. Peg it down first, then place the tent on top. Ground sheets are slightly smaller than the tent floor to prevent water collection.
- Unpacking: Note how the tent is packed or take a photo. Separate and identify parts: Tent, Tent inner (pre-attached), Pump (with pressure gauge), Hose (with 2 nozzles), Aluminium brow pole, 36x Dome Pegs (6mm), Guy Ropes (pre-attached), Repair kit. Assemble the aluminium brow pole by joining sections.
- Pump Setup: Assemble the pump accessories as shown. Use the pressure gauge to inflate air tubes to the correct level.
- Layout: Unroll the tent with the floor down. Peg out the 4 corners of the sewn-in ground sheet, ensuring tension and flatness. Peg the front corners of the awning so walls align with the tent body, angling pegs away at 45° ?.
- Airflow: The front door may be open for initial airflow. Keep doors mostly closed during pitching to maintain shape. Open window covers to allow air entry during inflation.
- Air In and Air Out:
- External inflation valve is on the right side. Remove valve cap (A) and screw in the boston valve (B).
- Ensure the 4 air release taps (C) on the right side are closed off.
- Inflation: Connect pump via NOZZLE A to the boston valve. Inflate to 7-9 PSI. Use 7 PSI for hot weather, 9 PSI for cooler/windier conditions. Support tubes as they inflate. Once inflated, remove pump and close all internal isolation taps (D). These must be opened before deflating.
- Setting the Floor: Align air tube bases and corner pegging points to ensure the floor is flat and taught.
- Pegging: Peg remaining loops. Use durable steel pegs. Consider additional pegs for rocky/sandy terrain.
- Brow Pole: Insert through the sleeve above the right side door and secure ends into holders.
- Anchor Webbing Straps: Peg these out at a 45° angle for stability, especially in windy or wet conditions. Double peg "O" rings if necessary. Use at all times.
- Vents: Open vents at all times to reduce condensation. High/low ventilation system requires all vents to be open for circulation. Open 360° front door cover for maximum airflow if condensation occurs. Condensation is not covered by warranty.
- Guy Ropes: Use at all times. Keep taught but do not distort the tent.
- Multi-Room Inner: Tension corner webbing straps after pitching. Loosen before taking down. The inner can be configured into 1 or 2 rooms using zip-out dividers.
- Deflation and Pack Away:
- Close mesh doors, leave covers open for air escape.
- Loosen inner room webbing straps.
- Open all isolation taps (D).
- Remove side brow pole.
- Unpeg guy ropes and roll them up neatly.
- Unpeg anchor webbing straps.
- Unpeg all peg points except the four corners.
- Clean and dry pegs.
- Open all air release taps on air tubes and wait for air to expel.
- Unpeg the four corners of the tent.
- Packing: Lay carry bag down. Fold tent to 2/3rds of bag length, parallel to air tubes. Place pump, brow pole, and peg bag on top. Roll tent towards air release taps to expel remaining air. Use compression straps to secure the roll. Place tent upright, pull carry bag over, tension straps, and close drawstring.
Multi-Room Configurations
The multi-room system offers flexibility:
- 2 Bedrooms: Leave the divider in to create two double rooms.
- 1 Bedroom: Remove the divider for a single, 4-person room.

Condensation & UV Degradation
Condensation
Keep lower vents open to reduce condensation risk. During humid/damp conditions, open window covers to expose mesh for airflow. Do not use foam swabs or non-bonded mats directly on the tent floor, as this can cause condensation and mildew.
UV Degradation
Prolonged sunlight exposure weakens tent fabrics. For extended use in strong sunlight, use a Zempire® Roof Cover to protect against UV damage. UV degradation, permanent sites, displays, or commercial use are not covered under warranty.
Care Instructions
- Ensure guy ropes are out at all times.
- Keep all vents open for constant airflow to reduce condensation. Never cook inside the tent.
- Never pack away a wet tent. If taken down wet, dry it completely as soon as possible to prevent mildew.
- If mildew forms, wash with warm water and a soft brush. Do not use soap or detergents.
- Do not use aerosol spray cans or open flames inside the tent. The fabric is fire-retardant but not fire-proof.
- Always use a peg puller to remove pegs. Do not pull the tent or peg loops. Clean and dry pegs before storing.
- This tent is not designed for storm conditions. Take it down during severe storms.
- Do not leave the tent pitched unnecessarily for extended periods, as UV light damages the fly and shortens its life.
