Steps to Get Started

1. Charge fully. Visual: A finger pressing the power button on the headphone.
2. Turn Bluetooth on by holding the button until the LED blinks. Visual: A finger pressing the volume/track control buttons on the headphone.
3. Select the CLAM ANC headphones on your mobile device. Visual: A smartphone screen showing Bluetooth settings, with "Clam ANC" selected.
4. Flip the ANC switch. Visual: A finger sliding the ANC switch on the headphone.
5. Enjoy your music in silence. Visual: A person enjoying music.

Button Behavior

ANC Buttons

• Slide Down: Active noise cancelling off.
• Slide Up: Active noise cancelling on. Note: ANC must be manually turned off when powering down the headphones. If the switch is set to 'on' and the headphones are powered on again, ANC will automatically enable.

Power Button

• Press 2 Sec: Turn on.
• Press 5 Sec: Turn on + pairing mode.
• Press 5 Sec: Turn off.
• Single Click: Play / pause / pick up call / hang up call.
• Press 3 Sec: Decline incoming call.

Volume Buttons

• - Button (Single Click): Volume down.
• - Button (Press 2 Sec): Previous song.
• + Button (Single Click): Volume up.
• + Button (Press 2 Sec): Next song.

LED Behavior

ANC LED

• ANC Enabled: Solid white.
• ANC Disabled: Off.

Power LED

• Power On: Solid white.
• Playback: Solid white.
• Bluetooth: Blinking white (0.5 sec on/0.5 sec off).
• Charging: Solid red.
• Fully Charged: Solid green.
• Low Battery: Blinking red (0.25 sec on/0.25 sec off).

What is the ANC feature exactly?

ANC stands for Active Noise Cancelling. It means the Clam Headphones mute ambient noise by listening to and filtering it out, ensuring you can enjoy your music to the fullest.

I switched off the headphones but ANC is still activated!

Yes, the ANC feature has its own switch. ANC also works when you are not listening to music, for instance, when you want to sleep on an airplane. Remember to switch off ANC when not in use to conserve battery life.

What is the length of the cable?

The Clam Headphones come with a 100cm detachable fabric cable.

Warranty & Limitations

FRESH 'N REBEL warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this period, defective products may be offered for repair or replacement at the store where the product was bought. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, incidental loss, or use beyond the instructions in the user manual.
