Getting Started

Follow these steps to begin using your Clam ANC headphones:

1. Full Charge: Perform a full charge. [Visual: A hand is shown plugging a USB-C cable into the headphone's charging port.]
2. Bluetooth Pairing: Activate the Bluetooth function by pressing the button until the LED flashes. [Visual: A finger is shown pressing and holding the power/Bluetooth button on the headphone.]
3. Connect to Device: Select the CLAM ANC headphones on your mobile device. [Visual: A smartphone screen displays Bluetooth settings, showing 'Clam ANC' as connected.]
4. Activate ANC: Toggle the ANC button. [Visual: A finger is shown sliding the ANC switch on the headphone to the 'on' position.]
5. Enjoy: Enjoy your music in silence.

Button Behavior

ANC BUTTONS

• SLIDER DOWN: ANC function deactivated.
• SLIDER UP: Function activated. Remember to deactivate the ANC function when you turn off the headphones. If the switch is placed in the “on” position and you turn the headphones back on later, you will need to activate the ANC function manually.

POWER BUTTON

• PRESS 2 S: Power on
• PRESS 5 S: Power on + pairing mode
• PRESS 5 S: Power off
• SINGLE CLICK: Play / pause / answer call / end call ▶️/⏸️
• PRESS 3 S: Reject incoming call ?

VOLUME BUTTONS

• BUTTON -:
  • SINGLE CLICK: Decrease volume ➖
  • PRESS 2 S: Previous track
• BUTTON +:
  • SINGLE CLICK: Increase volume ➕
  • PRESS 2 S: Next track

LED Meanings

ANC FUNCTION LED

• ANC ACTIVE: Solid white ?
• ANC DEACTIVATED: Off

POWER LED

• POWERED ON: Solid white ?
• PLAYING: Solid white ?
• BLUETOOTH: Flashing white (0.5s on/0.5s off) ?
• CHARGING: Solid red ?
• CHARGE COMPLETE: Solid green ?
• LOW BATTERY: Flashing red (0.25s on/0.25s off) ?

Good to Know!

What does the ANC function do?

ANC is short for Active Noise Cancelling, which means the Clam headphones eliminate ambient noise by analyzing and suppressing it through electronic filtering. All this is to help you enjoy your music to the fullest!

I turned off the headphones, but the ANC function is still active!

This is true, the ANC function has its own switch. ANC also works when you are not listening to music, for example, when you want to sleep on a plane. To avoid draining the battery, consider turning off the ANC function when you are not using it.

What is the cable length?

The Clam headphones feature a removable textile cable of 100 cm.

What should I do if I think my product is defective?

All Fresh 'n Rebel products have been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. And of course, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. Therefore, if you encounter a problem, you can make a claim under the two-year store warranty, which is valid from the date of purchase of the product in a store or online shop.

Warranty and Limitations

We guarantee the product against any manufacturing or workmanship defect under normal use conditions for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this period, defective products may be returned for repair or replacement to the store where they were purchased. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, accidental loss, or any use that does not comply with the instructions in the user manual.
