Installation Steps
Step 1: Marking Positions
Carefully measure and mark the desired locations for the KALERUM handles on your furniture. For consistent alignment, consider the following measurement options from a reference edge:
- 128 mm (5 1/16")
- 256 mm (10 1/16")
- 384 mm (15 1/8")
Use a pencil to clearly mark the exact points where the screws will be inserted.
Step 2: Drilling Pilot Holes
Using your power drill and a 5 mm (3/16") drill bit, create pilot holes at each marked location. This step is crucial for preventing wood splitting and ensuring screws are driven straight.
Step 3: Attaching the Handle
Align the KALERUM handle with the pilot holes. Insert the provided screws (part number 100414) ? through the handle and into the pilot holes. Tighten the screws securely to firmly attach the handle to the furniture.
Following these steps will ensure your KALERUM handles are installed correctly and securely.
