Main Functions

Instructions

Remote Control Range

  • This device uses a 433MHz frequency for transmitting and receiving signals, with a theoretical range of up to 1600ft.
  • The range is suitable for most dog training environments, including indoors, yards, parks, and streets.
  • The received signal range may be shortened due to environmental interference, weather, and obstacles.
  • When transmitting a signal, keep the remote control protected from obstacles. Using it inside a pocket may also affect the range.

Outdoor Water Resistance

  • This receiver collar achieves IP67 waterproof performance.
  • Safe for dogs to wear in rain and fog.
  • Safe for submersion in water up to 1 meter deep.
  • Do not submerge in water for more than one hour.

Static Shock

  • Before first use, you can use the test light to check if the current is normal.
  • Dogs have different resistance values. Gradually use the equipment to find the appropriate electric shock level for your dog.
  • For initial use, select the minimum current for the animal to adapt and observe its reaction. If adverse reactions occur, stop immediately.
  • The current range of this product is divided into 1-16 levels, suitable for all types of training and punishment environments. Recommended usage levels are as follows:
    • Level 1-3: Can be used for warning.
    • Level 4-6: Can be used for punishment.
    • Level 7-10: Can be used for punishment and deterrence.
    • Level 11-16: Can be used to stop current behavior in emergencies.

(Different dog breeds or sizes may react differently. The above are recommended methods for reference only.)

Vibration & Beep

  • Before using static shock, you can use sound and vibration first, which allows the dog to form a conditioned reflex and stop incorrect behavior before feeling the vibration or sound. This is the safest training method.
  • You can combine reward training to train your dog to perform a series of actions after feeling vibrations or sounds.
  • Vibration is divided into 1-16 gears, and the sound intensity is not adjustable.

Sleep Mode

  • Sleep Mode is normally used for short breaks or when dogs are sleeping; manual shutdown is not required. After 30 seconds of inactivity, it enters Sleep Mode, maintaining extremely low power consumption.
  • Pressing any button on the remote control will wake it up. When a remote command signal is sent, the receiver can be woken up.

Product Synchronization

This product operates via radio channel. Synchronization is only possible if the transmitter and receiver remain on the same channel. Synchronization is completed before delivery. If the remote control loses contact with the receiver due to signal interruption or power outage, please synchronize manually.

How to Manually Pair the Receiver and Remote Control When Contact is Lost

  1. Step 1: Power on the Remote Control

Press any button to turn on the remote control. Please unlock the remote control first if it is locked.

  2. Step 2: Select the Dog's Channel

Use the 1/2 button on the remote control to select channel 1 or 2 on the LCD screen. This means the receiver will be controlled by channel 1 or 2. (See image 1 and image 2)

  3. Step 3: Power on the Receiver

Press the power button to turn on the receiver (see image 3). The LED indicator on the receiver will flash (see image 4).

  4. Step 4: Remote Receiver Signal to Complete Synchronization

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator on the receiver will flash red and green alternately (see image 5). The receiver is ready for pairing. Then, press the vibration and beep buttons on the receiver simultaneously. A beep indicates that synchronization is complete.

Now, please start enjoying the dog training collar.

PS: If you purchased a 2-dog system, you can pair the two collars on channel 1 and channel 2 separately. Follow Step 1 to synchronize two receivers separately. You can use the 1/2 button on the remote control to control different dogs separately.

Mount the Collar

  1. Ensure your pet is comfortable for a proper fit (3A).
  2. Place the receiver collar in the middle of your pet's neck, ensuring it is not loose (3B).
  3. Adjust the collar length for your dog's comfort, not too loose or too tight. There should be 2 fingers' width between the collar and the dog's neck (3C).
  4. Please check if the contact points touch the dog's neck. If the dog's fur is too long, please change to longer contact points or trim the fur, otherwise, the shock will not work (as fur is a non-conductor).
  5. The receiver is made of ABS plastic and composite rubber; please prevent the dog from biting it.
  6. The contact points are made of silicone and most dogs can wear them comfortably. If some dogs are allergic to silicone or feel uncomfortable with the collar, please stop using it and consult a veterinarian.

Charging and Battery

Charging

  1. Do not use an adapter greater than 5V2A to charge the product.
  2. You can also charge the product via the USB port of a car, laptop, desktop computer, or power bank.
  3. When the receiver has low power, the indicator light on the receiver turns red; please charge it as soon as possible.
  4. Please disconnect the power supply as soon as possible after full charging to avoid long-term charging.
  5. Do not expose the power cable to rain or snow, and do not step on or squeeze it to avoid damage.
  6. The charging time is approximately 2 hours.

Battery

  1. Do not leave the product in excessive temperatures for extended periods. If the battery is in an environment exceeding 60 degrees Celsius for a long time, it may explode and endanger life.
  2. When the device displays low power, charge it as soon as possible. Do not recharge before the battery is depleted.
  3. After fully charging, please remove the power supply as soon as possible to avoid prolonged charging.
  4. If the battery is damaged, do not attempt to repair or disassemble it.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Cause and Solution
My pet does not respond when I press a button.
  • Ensure the receiver collar is turned on.
  • Check if you are on the correct channel; press button 1/2 to select the desired channel.
  • If both channels cannot be controlled, check if they are in pairing mode. You may need to manually pair them. For details, refer to Pairing and Hibernation - Pairing.
Why can't the remote control's range reach the actual distance?
  • The current environment may have obstacles affecting the signal distance.
  • Signal interference may exist in the current environment.
How to know if the shock is working or not?
  • When the transmitter and receiver are working, the indicator will light up.
  • You can use the test light to test if it is working.
What happens if the dogs do not react to the shock?
  • Try increasing the electric shock level.
  • Check if the fit is correct; the two contact points should be positive and negative and touch the dog's skin simultaneously.
  • Depending on the length of the dog's fur, you may need to use longer contact points or trim the fur.
  • Insufficient current from the receiver or transmitter can also affect the shock function.
